It has been a pleasure to get to know Vera over the last three years and to be part of her journey. Hearing that you have seen her thrive since moving to Highfield House means a great deal to us.

Vera is a much loved member of our Highfield family and it's wonderful to hear that she continues to enjoy her food and is doing so well. Reaching the incredible age of 92 is a fantastic milestone, and we were delighted to celebrate it with her.

I'm sorry to hear your room was too hot and a fan wasn't provided. Just to clarify, our fans are available in communal areas, but we understand this was uncomfortable and will look at how we can better support guests in warmer weather. While we don't provide TVs in rooms as standard, personal items from home, including TVs, are always welcome to help make spaces feel more homely. I'm also sorry your final evening meal wasn't up to standard and that the call bell noise affected your rest.
