I'm sorry to hear your room was too hot and a fan wasn't provided. Just to clarify, our fans are available in communal areas, but we understand this was uncomfortable and will look at how we can better support guests in warmer weather. While we don't provide TVs in rooms as standard, personal items from home, including TVs, are always welcome to help make spaces feel more homely. I'm also sorry your final evening meal wasn't up to standard and that the call bell noise affected your rest. We know how important a peaceful environment is and will take this on board as we continue to improve. Thank you again for your honesty, your feedback is important to us.
