Best home that I have ever visited. Staff are amazing, management amazing. The care my husband has had from here is the best he's had since his accident 16 months ago, he's progressed so much since being here. Food and drink is very good.

I would highly recommend The Three Corners nursing home. My Mum stayed here for the last months of her life. She suffered with lewy body dementia. The carers, nurses, managers were all so loving and caring. They communicated well with me with all details of her care and changes in her mood and her mobility and capacity. There were fun activities, which Mum engaged with sometimes. I know other residents got a lot more out of these activities. The food was tasty and filling and varied. While Mum's room and ensuite was small, it was well furnished and always immaculately clean. The bed and chair in her room were comfortable. The dining room was airy. The staff all seemed happy in their work, which made the atmosphere in the home warm and positive. Mum's personal affairs and clothes were all looked after well. I cannot thank the staff enough for all that they did for Mum, especially the carer who sat with her at the end when I could not get there in time.

Well looked after from very caring staff. A pleasure to have had them by my side to look after me with lots of smiles on their faces.

The family are happy knowing he is in a safe environment and well cared for and his medication is administered when required. He has regular meals sometimes with a little persuasion and he receives regular refreshments throughout the day. He is aware of activities taking place during each week but he is usually content watching tv in his room.

What truly sets this home apart is the staff. They are incredibly attentive, kind, and loving. Seeing my dad smile at them says it all-his reaction speaks volumes about the genuine care and affection he receives every single day. Knowing he is so happy and beautifully looked after gives our family total peace of mind. Thank you to the whole team!

We visit his mother every week and do crosswords to stimulate her. She is very good with words + crosswords. We appreciate the efforts of the staff to help the residents. It is good that there are entertainers and activities and we can visit the Hill House website to view the entertainers of the day and see the enjoyment of the residents.

Very happy with the place, Staff are always friendly and helpful. The entertainment staff are brilliant, great with the residents and always make sure the residents are well entertained. Always happy and so friendly. The manager is always so helpful if there is ever any problems.

I never expected to be in care for this length of time. I am trying to deal with this as best as I can. My loss of mobility and independence is difficult to come to terms with. The staff at Hill House help keep me focused and included in their group.

I visit my mother at Meadowside, where she has been a resident for approx. three years. The staff are very friendly and proffesional - over the years my mothers needs have and the staf are very good at developing their approch to these changing need. I have no conserns with Mum's care or security. Mum enjoyes activities with other residents most afternoons.

I have found Hill House a very caring and pleasant place for my husband. The staff are very pleasant and extremely kind to their residents. Any complaints are dealt with immediately and efficiently and the management staff are very approachable. The food and general cleaning are excellent. The entertainments that are laid on are most appreciated.

He enjoys entertainment and all the chats with staff. He loves the girls & telling his jokes.

This is second time here. In for 2 weeks rest bite, was in hospital and asked if I could come back as I had a really good experience last time (2024)

Amazing home with amazing staff everyone is so welcoming and nothing is to much. Since my dad moved here a few months ago he has been the happiest he has been in the last 18 months since his accident

The staff work well in some difficult circumstances - the corridors are too narrow but they make light of the difficulties. The doors to the rooms are much too heavy and VERY DIFFICULT to keep open. This needs addressing.

Our precious Mum/Grandmother was put into the care of this wonderful Nursing home for 1 week for end of life/pallative care. The care and compassion from the staff for our mum was outstanding. The staff also had huge respect and care for us as a family going through such a sad and difficult time. We were very fortunate that Grandma/Mum's final days were spent in this home.

Over all good. Dad is happy.

mum was treated with utmost dignity and respect throughout her stay at Hill House. Staff went over and above to help both family and mum.

I have lived in St Francis for twelve months now, I found it very difficult at first having to have people look after me and undertake my personel care and give up my independence and life style, however the staff have helped myself and my wife with the transition. Overall the staff are very caring and friendly, and the care given is excellent, the activities enable me to interact with assistance with other residents. Well trained staff and they let me have some homely items. I am and my wife also is very happy with everything at St Francis.

Walking into the building to be greeted by an amazing receptionist is a fantastic start. The staff my dad has dealings with are fantastic, amazing, Olympia, Catherine, Donna, too many to name, but all amazing cleaners and kitchen staff are all good. My Dad is very happy. Having the majority of the same staff to help my Dad helps him. Shouts out to Anne (white Jacket), Donna, lead carer and Gaby.
