It's always a pleasant atmosphere when visiting, and my grandmother seems to have settled in lovely. They always take part and have different activities going on, which is lovely to see. I think it can be short-staffed at times, but the staff otherwise are fabulous with the residents and are always
happy to inform us of how my nan is doing.

Happy with overall carer and support provided to my grandmother since being a resident at White Rose. Nothing is ever too much trouble. All the staff go over and above even though they are short staffed. Facilities are excellent keeping residents happy with different events, singer, bingo and much more.
Also love the regular upload of photographs showing residents enjoying their day.

My mother has been at White Rose for 3 years she settled in well and is very contented. She is treated well and is happy. The staff are very experienced and look after and care for my mother very well. The only issue with the home it is understaffed.

I find my father is well looked after. He likes his tea, and he always has a cup in front of him every time I visit. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Very clean.

I visit White Rose often and can honestly say that each time I do the atmosphere is extremely friendly, I can see that the residents are all really well looked after and look very happy. The staff are all extremely professional and helpful, and they go above and beyond for their residents and their
visitors. I particularly like live entertainment where the residents and visitors are encouraged to join in, this creates a lovely feel good and wellbeing atmosphere for everyone in the home. I would completely recommend for anyone looking for a care home.

Great experience and car to all residents. Food is great and residents can have snacks and dessert. Plenty of activities and exercises to keep residents entertained. Staff are all kind and compassionate and are gentle with residents feelings.

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the recent decision to refuse my mother re-admission to the care home, after a hospital admission for a recent fall. My mother had been a resident at your care home and had considered it her home, where she built trust with your staff
and formed relationships. While she was in the hospital for necessary medical treatment we fully expected that she would be able to return to the environment where she felt safe and supported. Unfortunately, the decision to deny her return has caused significant distress to both her and our family. We were not consulted in advance to explore any alternative solutions. This sudden decision has placed my mother in a vulnerable position, caused emotional harm and created unnecessary uncertainty at a time when stability and familiarity are essential to her well being. During all the brief telephone conversations informing me of the refusal, no one asked me once about my mothers well being.

On the 20th of February after almost 9 years, my brother was moved to a home which had Nursing care. During his stay at White Rose the care he received was given selflessly displaying compassion and when needed, tolerance in difficult situations. I cannot thank the Home Manager and all her wonderful
staff for how they looked after my brother. For me, it meant I was never worried about him as I knew he was in excellent hands. I am so grateful to all of you and I shall miss your familiar faces and friendly enquiries. I will never forget White Rose and thank you all for the care my brother received over the years.

My mum was an urgent admission after a hospital stay, the manager was amazing and supported me and my siblings to feel comfortable in leaving our mother in good hands with people who care about what they do. I can not fault the staff for their understanding and care they provide my mum with. I can now
safely sleep at night knowing she is safe and cared for especially as the progression of her dementia is changing and challenging without white rose life would be difficult. Thank you all you deserve a gold medal.
