My mother has been resident in The Boyne for several years and I doubt any other home would look after her so well. She is now 99 and bed bound most of the time but always remains cheerful and content.
The staff are exceptional, both in terms of care and also kindness. Nothing seems too much trouble.
The
Boyne is a very impressive country house set in extensive gardens and mother's room enjoys extensive views across to the Malvern Hills.

Mum had been in a different care home for a few years and we wanted to move her but were unsure as to whether this was the right thing to do. However, from the moment we entered The Boynes we knew it was the best place for her. The Management Team and staff were incredibly helpful from the assessment
to the transfer, and we were delighted that she settled straight away! She has now been there for 4 months and the only thing we wish is that she had moved to The Boynes years ago!

Mum stayed at The Boynes for a weeks respite. She had a lovely week. She said the staff were all very helpful and the care she received was excellent. The food was wonderful and she was very well looked after with cups of tea and lovely coffee. She also enjoyed going out to the Garden Centre with staff.
I found all the staff to be very welcoming and friendly. From the cleaners to the Chef, The Management and Reception staff. They also have an excellent activity programme if you wish to take part. The home is kept very clean and there was a very cheerful atmosphere. I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

The best of the best! Finally, a home that genuinely cares for my mother and keeps me fully informed. All the caring team are very engaging and have empathy for each and every resident, from the manager to the laundry lady. Nothing is too much trouble and the home has the atmosphere of a large considerate,
kind family.
The Boynes is set in beautifully cared for grounds in a quiet setting.
Truly exceptional!

My husband was at the Boynes for 6 weeks respite care when I was unable to care for him. He came home and needed much more support so he became a permanent resident at the Boynes. I am more than happy with the care provided. The staff are efficient very helpful to residents and visitors. The Boynes
is run a lifelike hotel accommodation. I thoroughly recommend the care home for all that is offers.

I am the main carer for a lady who was admitted to the Boynes Care Centre. I and the person I care for have been helped every step of the way. It was a new experience for both of us and the staff at every level have been considerate and compassionate. It is a very difficult time for all concerned but
I feel its been made that bit less worrying and stressful by all concerned.

Mum went to the Boynes after being discharged from hospital for end of life care. She had been very ill and was extremely frail; she had a life expectancy of only a couple of weeks. Due to the wonderful care given to her, Mums stay was of months duration. She was treated with kindness and consideration
and her all her needs and medical requirements were monitored and administered as necessary. The staff were extremely supportive of Mum and the family, and there was nothing that was too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Boynes Care Centre to anyone.

My Mum was diagnosed as terminally ill in January 2025 and was no longer able to care for herself independently. She was discharged from hospital into the care of The Boynes.
I can't describe the relief when we walked through the door of The Boynes. We were all welcomed and the care and attention we
received from every single member of staff was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble.
My Mum was provided with everything she needed for her physical, mental and spiritual health. She was cared for and listened to, as were all of her family. We all felt cared for and part of the Boynes family.
When she was at the end of her life she was supported by all the staff and had the end that she wanted.
As a family we would highly recommend The Boynes. If I need a care home in the future I want it to be The Boynes.

My brother relocated from London to the Boynes in Dec 2024, and it has been such a positive move for him. All the staff are caring and accommodating - nothing is too much trouble. We are kept well informed, and it is a relief to know that he is in such good hands and every aspect of his care including
medical appointments, and liaising with other agencies, is being taken care of. We especially appreciate that he is treated respectfully and daily interaction with staff has improved his mood and ability to communicate verbally. The staff work closely with the family to support him with more challenging aspects of his life. Thank you so much from all the family.

My mother-in-law has come into The Boynes Care Centre. The care she has is excellent, the staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. We feel that Mum is being looked after very well and we feel that we have nothing to worry about with the care she is receiving. The
food is excellent and lots of choice, and her room and bathroom are always clean and tidy and the staff are always popping to see if she is alright and we recommend The Boynes Care Centre to anyone. We give it 5 stars, the best care home.

My husband has been with the care home for six months. After a bout of illness he is now much better and enjoying life, joining in with games and one to one sessions.
I am very happy and pleased to see him being looked after so well. The staff in all capacities are very caring and respectful to residents
and relatives. Any slight setback and they tell me straight away. All in all, a very lovely place to be.

Our mother was only at the home for a short time, but during that time she was cared for with kindness and compassion. All staff were friendly , approachable and accommodating. Even bringing us tea/ coffee & biscuits.

I was so pleased we managed to get my late mother into the home. It had a really comfortable feel to it and the staff were always very friendly and helpful. This in turn reassured me that Mum was comfortable and well cared for by a professional team. Visiting here there has always been a good experience
and it was very touching that members of staff came to the funeral.

What an amazing Care Home this is! Highlights of recent times have included a wonderful Teddy Bears Picnic with two very talented and professional musicians and the biggest teddy bear we have ever seen! Then there was the Dog Show; a lovely relaxed informal atmosphere; all the dogs got on well together.
It was just pure fun.
As a family, we have enjoyed special gatherings with picnic lunches and afternoon teas in their delightful walled garden. Nothing is ever too much trouble, we are always welcomed and helped out with any arrangements. Some of these visits have been particularly significant for my wife with her friends coming from New Zealand, France, Italy and Scotland.
We have enjoyed two delightful birthday parties at The Boynes.
In so many ways the Carers and Staff go to such lengths to make us feel included. As one of my wife's close friends remarked "the staff are so lovely with her, she couldn't be in a better place".

The Boynes have been caring for my mother since September 2023. They have been exceptional in their care towards her. The staff are kind, understanding and professional and have ensured my mother's needs are met at all times. Her room is kept clean and tidy and the home always appears well organised.
They have welcomed us as a family and nothing is ever too much trouble to organise whether it be a small gathering with mum's friends for a birthday lunch, a picnic in the garden or a visit home. There are numerous social events organised by the home which are full of variety and inclusive of all. To date, we have been very pleased with the quality of care received at The Boynes.

My uncle, who had been in and out of the hospital needed 24/7 nursing care as he was no longer safe to leave between home care visits. The home manager came to assess him, and he was able to move to The Boynes the following morning. They even provided the transport. I have every faith in The Boynes
as my mother was also a resident here until she passed away in March.
