From the moment my wife and I visited the Boynes 6 weeks ago it felt warm and happy a special place that I wanted my father to live.. We had a lovely couple of hours being shown round the Boyes meeting staff and residents it was very reassuring. Dad moved in a week ago he really loves his room and has settled in extremely well. It's the hardest thing we've ever had to do, but made slightly easier when we receive telephone calls to say how much he's enjoying it. I cannot speak highly enough of the team at the Boynes nothing is too much trouble they really do go the extra mile.. We cannot thank you enough for everything you have done. we know you care as much as we do.

Our Mum's previous care home closed so we had to find a new place for her quickly. My sister-in-law found The Boynes and I'm so happy she did. Since our first contact everyone has been so friendly, caring and helpful. Mum has a comfortable room which is nicely decorated. All the staff are fabulous and have really helped Mum settle in quickly. Everything is very well organised and there are plenty of activities which Mum is encouraged to take part in. All the staff are so friendly and have helped with any queries we've had. The food is excellent and Mum loves all the puddings and cakes. Thanks you all. It's such a comfort for us knowing Mum is so well looked after.

The staff and management were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. My wife was only in for two week respite. She was very well looked after. The food was very good. My wife is completely bedbound, but she was kept clean and changed regularly. The staff were so kind to her. It made me feel that I could relax as I knew she was safe and all her needs were taken care of. I will certainly let her go there again. I wouldn't want her to go anywhere else.

My husband has been in The Boynes now for two months and I cannot thank the staff enough for looking after him. It has not been an easy time for either of us but I am confident that he is in a safe and caring environment. Thank you everyone.

The Boyne is a very impressive country house set in extensive gardens and mother's room enjoys extensive views across to the Malvern Hills.

Mum had been in a different care home for a few years and we wanted to move her but were unsure as to whether this was the right thing to do. However, from the moment we entered The Boynes we knew it was the best place for her. The Management Team and staff were incredibly helpful from the assessment to the transfer, and we were delighted that she settled straight away! She has now been there for 4 months and the only thing we wish is that she had moved to The Boynes years ago!

Mum stayed at The Boynes for a weeks respite. She had a lovely week. She said the staff were all very helpful and the care she received was excellent. The food was wonderful and she was very well looked after with cups of tea and lovely coffee. She also enjoyed going out to the Garden Centre with staff. I found all the staff to be very welcoming and friendly. From the cleaners to the Chef, The Management and Reception staff. They also have an excellent activity programme if you wish to take part. The home is kept very clean and there was a very cheerful atmosphere. I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

My husband was at the Boynes for 6 weeks respite care when I was unable to care for him. He came home and needed much more support so he became a permanent resident at the Boynes. I am more than happy with the care provided. The staff are efficient very helpful to residents and visitors. The Boynes is run a lifelike hotel accommodation. I thoroughly recommend the care home for all that is offers.

I am the main carer for a lady who was admitted to the Boynes Care Centre. I and the person I care for have been helped every step of the way. It was a new experience for both of us and the staff at every level have been considerate and compassionate. It is a very difficult time for all concerned but I feel its been made that bit less worrying and stressful by all concerned.

Mum went to the Boynes after being discharged from hospital for end of life care. She had been very ill and was extremely frail; she had a life expectancy of only a couple of weeks. Due to the wonderful care given to her, Mums stay was of months duration. She was treated with kindness and consideration and her all her needs and medical requirements were monitored and administered as necessary. The staff were extremely supportive of Mum and the family, and there was nothing that was too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Boynes Care Centre to anyone.

My brother relocated from London to the Boynes in Dec 2024, and it has been such a positive move for him. All the staff are caring and accommodating - nothing is too much trouble. We are kept well informed, and it is a relief to know that he is in such good hands and every aspect of his care including medical appointments, and liaising with other agencies, is being taken care of. We especially appreciate that he is treated respectfully and daily interaction with staff has improved his mood and ability to communicate verbally. The staff work closely with the family to support him with more challenging aspects of his life. Thank you so much from all the family.

My mother-in-law has come into The Boynes Care Centre. The care she has is excellent, the staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. We feel that Mum is being looked after very well and we feel that we have nothing to worry about with the care she is receiving. The food is excellent and lots of choice, and her room and bathroom are always clean and tidy and the staff are always popping to see if she is alright and we recommend The Boynes Care Centre to anyone. We give it 5 stars, the best care home.

I am very happy and pleased to see him being looked after so well. The staff in all capacities are very caring and respectful to residents and relatives. Any slight setback and they tell me straight away. All in all, a very lovely place to be.

Wonderful patient-centred care delivered by dedicated team of staff from the manager to the housekeepers and all in between. They look after the relatives too, with endless offers of drinks. They are very knowledgeable about the residents and always willing to answer any questions and deal with any concerns. A very big thank you.

I am very content with the care provided. Thank you to all the staff, who are always polite, happy to help and are very cheerful at all times. There are a variety of activities that all the residents are encouraged to participate in.
