Consistently falling standards and overall poor service in the last 12 months. Food lacks variety and imagination and often residents don't even get what they have ordered certainly in my mother's case. Unprofessional behaviour from some staff members kills the good work by others.Buzzer usage is seen
as a negative against a resident if they use it too many times !!! Cleanliness and infection control needs serious work. Feedback is given regularly to the home but consistency/improvement is never maintained or consistent

Since moving into Silver Mews 3 months ago, my aunt and all her family have been made welcome. The staff are like an extended family or friends to her. She has become to think of Silver Mews as her home. We are really happy with what we have seen. Thank you for all the love and care that you show her.

My Mam,
has never been better since she was admitted into Silver Mews Care Home. She has been there almost a year, and my family are thrilled at the wonderful care she is given on a daily basis. The home is such a lovely place to visit, and is always immaculate. The staff are very friendly, attentive,
and approachable. My Mam likes to watch tv in her room, but she does have the options of activities with the other residents if she wishes. We made such a good choice in choosing this home for her. Our thanks to the manager and her team, would strongly recommend this home. Thanks again.

Excellent care, spotless clean, staff always go out of their way 'above and beyond' the personal touch was always at the forefront of the staff and duty of care was heart warming. Would definitely recommend.

My mother seems to be very happy in the home. The carers are really thoughtful and caring. The carers and management have dealt quickly and considerately with any concerns we have had. Regular activities take place, which are enjoyable for both residents family. The home is clean and well looked after.
I can't fault anything.

I think staff could do with training on palliative care this goes for any care home. Care from some staff is excellent I couldn't say a bad word. However some staff need extra training immensely lack of empathy and compassion. Phones should be away not on any person! And a routine needs to be in place
with /residents checks , care , hygiene! Also uniform should be compulsory.

Excellent staff care, friendly, helpful above and beyond. Lovely management. Could not fault staff. Downside not all staff wear a uniform which can be confusing not knowing that they are staff or they could be visitors. Also its not very hygienic.

The home provides good care for my mother. She enjoys living here and it is a great help to the family knowing she is content and cared for. The home provides a warm, friendly and clean environment. Would recommend.

I visited a good friend, and I found the home to be first-class. The food was lovely and of a very high standard and looked lovely. She is very happy to go back into the home when her family next go on holiday.

My relative is being looked after so well.
Silver Mews has such a helpful manager, and the staff are so friendly.
The bedrooms are well set out, and the decor is lovely.
The food is well prepared and apparently tastes scrummy.
I cannot believe how lovely the care home is, and it is a pleasure to
