When i visit The Grange care home I Always find it clean and fresh the staff are always friendly the food is commented on being really good. The residents seem to be really happy and content. The staff are very caring towards everyone.

Would recommend this care home to anyone.

The staff have been amazing with dad showing real affection , care and concern for his well being. There is a need to replace the maintenance staff as items like broken draws etc are going in mended . That's the only reason I've not rated 5*

Excellent and professional care always shown to myself and my mother. Staff treat mam as an individual and encourage her personality. Her everyday care is always met with a caring attitude. Staff are always approachable and keep us informed of my mothers daily routine.

My mam has recently moved into The Grange and as this is a big change for her, we had some doubts over how well she would settle into her new environment. Any doubts we had were quickly put to rest as due to the kind and welcoming staff and the fantastic care she has received since her arrival, she has not only settled incredibly well but is thriving and making some lovely new friends amongst staff and residents. Thank you to all at the Grange for making this transition as easy and comfortable as possible for not only my mam but for us as a family as well.

Whenever I have visited my great aunt, the staff have been really helpful and friendly. It's taken a huge strain off the family knowing that she's been looked after so well. She's even getting involved in the activities and was doing chair yoga the other day. She looks the healthiest she has been in years!

The home has been caring for my father for 6 months snd I can't praise the staff high enough. As well as providing excellent care for him, they have lots of activities to keep them active. My father has dementia and they have shown him nothing but kindness even when he might be a little difficult.

Fantastic staff. Very attentive to residents and families of their loved ones. Always go the extra mile to support the families and residents. The residents always seem happy and the home is very clean.

Very good days out and fetes very fabulous.

Since my mam has moved into the grange she has been very well cared for all the staff are very kind with my mam and also I recently had a big birthday (70th) and the kitchen here made me a cake and a lovely buffet tea. It was nice of them to make a fuss of me and a photo was taken of me and my mam and they printed it which I will cherish forever

The facility is alway kept clean, well-maintained, and free from unpleasant odours. They have a great entertainment program and have fun events for relatives to attend.

My wife has been in the care of The Grange Care Home, since November 2022 and has received care and attention which was exemplary in all areas. The staff all of them have become friends. I wish them well for the future.

Excellent care, friendly and helpful staff. Lots of activities for the residents to get involved in too.

The home is extremely clean and I am very lucky to be a resident. Food is good and the staff and related care workers, practitioners and support people are very caring, professional and friendly. We have a good variety of activities, however I wish I could get outside more especially during the summer. Down side is the lift is regularly out of use and the care home fees increase each year higher than inflation rates.

The home is very professional, caring, clean, safe and friendly. Mam is comfortable and I am comforted by the extremely high amount of detailed assistance and tailored support Mam receves at all times from both internal and external service providers. The quality of food and hygiene is excepeitonal which is very important. Although the fees are competitive, the yearly price increases each time I feel are disproportionate to the cost of living and inflation.

There is a lovely friendly atmosphere and the whole building is kept nicely and very clean. Staff are attentive and caring, taking account of individual needs. There are stimulating and varied activities and entertainment. Whilst I appreciate the need to maintain high standards of cleanliness I do not understand why all clothing is washed at 40c, damaged beyond use and smaller items continually lost - socks, underwear.

My mother is suffering from pulmonary fibrosis which is a progressive illness. Since going into The Grange her needs are being well addressed by a team of professional carers and nothing is too much trouble. Mam's general appearance and demeanor have improved remarkably and this is entirely down to the level of care she is receiving. She is now eating well, is much happier and has settled really well in her new surroundings. It is very reassuring to know that she is being so well looked after.
