Care Homes Owned by Moore & Moore Care Ltd in Denbighshire

Words can not express my gratitude to the staff at Bryn Estyn, they are angels. Mum has had excellent care throughout, sadly now she is coming towards the end of her life and the demands on the staff are greater as she needs more attention. Without fail or complaint, every need of Mum is attended to with kindness and the relationship is beyond that of customer and staff. No request is too much bother. The staff have arranged for Mum's favourite food/drinks to encourage her to eat and they are very attentive to her appetite
Mum has always loved her cuddles and staff are always willing to give Mum their time and lots of cuddles and even massages and also, they have arranged for her to have an air mattress.

I hope this review leaves any reader in no doubt that as care homes go Bryn Estyn is the Rolls Royce and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to families as a wonderful place full of glorious staff to look after their family member.
