Care Homes Owned by Moore & Moore Care Ltd in Denbighshire

Mum has been a resident here since May. It was the hardest decision ever having been her carer since 2022 but following a fall was unable to go home as she lives alone.
My fears and concerns have been totally alleviated from all the staff from management to Domiciliary carers. Every one of them make you feel like it's home from home and the care mum gets is wonderful.
We just celebrated mums birthday and it was marvellous. The effort of all the staff to make it a special day for her and including us with my grandchildren and family friends was so special as we don't know if we will share another one.
Helping us to continue to make family memories means the world to us all.
Mum is always happy and smiling which is so reassuring as she wasn't in hospital.
They are my new family and being alone caring for mum for all these years has given me a second home too.

Words can not express my gratitude to the staff at Bryn Estyn, they are angels. Mum has had excellent care throughout, sadly now she is coming towards the end of her life and the demands on the staff are greater as she needs more attention. Without fail or complaint, every need of Mum is attended to with kindness and the relationship is beyond that of customer and staff. No request is too much bother. The staff have arranged for Mum's favourite food/drinks to encourage her to eat and they are very attentive to her appetite
Mum has always loved her cuddles and staff are always willing to give Mum their time and lots of cuddles and even massages and also, they have arranged for her to have an air mattress.

I hope this review leaves any reader in no doubt that as care homes go Bryn Estyn is the Rolls Royce and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to families as a wonderful place full of glorious staff to look after their family member.
