All the carers at Rushmore are very hard working and happy to help when you ask them. It is a very difficult job to do and I am very grateful for all their care and assistance.

The care home Aspen Hill is a very good place to have your relatives in a time of need. The staff are also great many of times they have gone above and beyond for my dad. The care home is a clean and safe environment and you can go home confidently knowing your loved one is in safe hands. I appreciate how much the staff have helped me over the years and also took some of that added stress from me.

I can't fault anything about Tryfan House.

Really happy with how my mam is getting looked after at Tryfan House, the staff are brilliant always a pleasure to visit. Loads of staff too very happy workers.

Dad has been in Tryfan House 15 months, and has always been treated well with the carers understanding and respecting his needs. He is deaf but they all still manage to communicate with him well.

The care mum has received over the past 12 months has been excellent with high praise to all the hard working staff.

My dad transferred to this home in June 2023 with advanced dementia. I am very pleased with the continual care and attention he receives as his condition has matured. When issues do occur I am contacted promptly and actions discussed openly. 6 months reviews with staff are helpful on understanding his changing and ongoing needs. 10% increase in fees this year were unwelcome.

Pearl Peak, where my mother stays, is wonderful. We are kept up to date with everything concerning Mum, health, mobilty and moods too. The staff are more than helpful and their capabilities to deal with so many personalities and issues are remarkable. Her diet was also mentioned, her weight showing a small loss, this has been noted and a plan is in place. Overall the review we had was assuring and we know Mum is well cared for.

My mother was extremely well supported and cared for during her stay. The care was well tailored to her needs and shared flexibility as these changed. Staff were always available to talk to us and communicated well. Very satisfied all round.

In general Dad is well cared for, the staff have a good rapport with him and he is happy with most things although Dad would like to have his incontinence pads changed more frequently (we did mention this when we visited). Dad has been doing some activities, Valentine's bingo, shape sorting, chair bowling. The activity coordinator had put a lot of effort into decorating the home for Valentine's Day and encouraged Dad and other residents to get involved.

I have always had any of my questions about my father's care respectfully and completely dealt with. The staff are vigilant about contacting me with any information about care that I need to know. Sue a senior care assistant is absolutley marvellous and extremely professional.

I was really impressed with how caring and attentive the staff were towards my mother. The atmosphere was calm, friendly and easy going.

They are all lovely to talk to they all try there best to care for visitors and they patients l am so thankful to them and wish them all the best

Staff are very friendly and professional and so seem to care for my mums needs. I put satisfactory for activities as I can't really score that because my mum doesn't partake in any really. Her room is clean and tidy. The overall place is also clean and tidy. I scored satisfactory for 'value for money' as I can't really comment on that. Overall very pleased with the level of care my mum receives and I'm kept up to date with any changes.

Do not concern yourself with minor imperfections in decor (frequently caused by residents) or what activities there are (most can not engage). This place is about quality care for people in difficult circumstances.

Staff friendly, caring. Paul always seems content. Staff always welcoming to visitors and also very informative about his condition. Cannot praise Tryfan House enough.

My mum had been living at Aspen Hill Pearl Peak for almost 2 years prior to her death. The care home is exceptionally clean and the staff care! Any issues that arose were dealt with efficiently. Any problems/issues with Mum communicated to the family. As a family we were always welcomed with a smile. Thank you as at times it was difficult.

I feel happy that my grandad is well looked after here. Also staff are really nice. The food is good.

Every time I have visited my brother, I have been met with helpful, smiling staff. I also feel that the care my brother receives from everyone is excellent. From the cleaners, carers and managers. Everyone is committed to the job they do. It is with confidence I feel my brother is in good hands.
