Our mum spent the last year of her life at Woodboro. The care, love and dedication of all the staff was outstanding. Nothing was ever too much for them and they always treated mum with respect and dignity. My sister and I had peace of mind 24/7 that mum was safe, loved and cared for.
This wonderful
team extended the same level of care, love and attention to both of us, which when mum was receiving end of life care, helped us both, so much in our time of grief. We felt like they were family and we cannot thank them enough.

I would like to thank the manager and her staff for looking after my mum for a short while. Unfortunately in life we all make mistakes and you have to live with them, me and my sister chose the first home for mum and it was the wrong one, definitely. I managed to get mum into Woodboro and felt so at
ease, I knew mum was being well cared for. The staff always answers the phone in a lovely manner and was extremely helpful to me. The staff always looked nice when opening the door smiling; these things put our mind at rest. I would highly recommend this home, just wish mum could have enjoyed more time there, we had so many plans for mum. My mum is at rest now, so thank you all once again for looking after my lovely mum.

The Woodboro have cared for my Dad for the last year. Dad was in another much larger care home previously and we are so pleased we moved him.
There is a real family atmosphere at the Woodboro. The staff are amazing and make the residents and their families feel part of the family. It is professionally
run, always clean and the staff treats the residents, their families, and each other with respect. The staff are hardworking, and nothing is too much trouble.
We feel blessed to have found the Woodboro and that my Dad could spend the last year of his life with the lovely people there.
Thank you.

My mum has been a resident in Woodboro for 14 months. The staff treat the residents with care, respect and dignity. Every attempt is constantly made to make my mum safe and comfortable. The staff also support my dad every time he visits which means the world. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff
or management - thank you to the Woodboro family for everything.

We were invited to choose a home by social care from a small selection. Woodboro was in a different league to its peers. We are treated like family by the team - across the board. We have immediate updates if there's an issue. The rooms are fresh, clean and newly appointed - apart from a fall sensor
issue; I would give it an excellent rating.
The sensor is moved or avoided by my father, but for his safety an alternative solution is necessary. Response to medical matters is excellent and the care over and above NHS is very good. We are grateful to the team for helping us care for dad.
