My father has been cared for by the Manager and her Team at Fam Daily Care, since November 2024 when he left hospital. They have done everything in their power to ensure that he has settled in without any hick-ups. My father has dementia and needs a one to one care which they have been able to provide.
He is often times confused and needs a lot of reassurance and guidance from the care team. Whilst we were worried at first, we have come to trust and rely on the team at Fam Daily Care that he is in caring, safe, reliable and capable hands. The care that he is receiving is as though he is in his own home being cared for. As a family was can rest assured that he is in the right Caring hands of the team at Fam Daily Care.

My brother has been a resident of the Care Home for approximately 1 year. In that time, I have been very impressed by the level of care provided and the genuine affection that the staff have afforded my brother. The management and staff have gone out of their way to ensure that my mother and I have
constant contact with my brother and give us regular updates on his health and welfare.

Approachable staff who are open to comments and suggestions. Always a Happy environment. The staff are caring the new m Management have a very positive outlook. Treated with respect. Always looking for ways to improve the service appreciate feedback from family members and carers take on suggestions.
