My daughter lived at Low Lane for over two years and in that time her mental health declined and they got her sectioned. I wasn't informed till after it had happened. They restrained her and escorted her over the littlest of things. At times she did lash out as that was one of her problems which resulted
in them getting her arrested and charged with assault. She ended up in court five times because staff wanted her prosecuted, even though she was living there because she had these problems and they knew what her behaviours were.

My Son is severely Autistic now and is being looked after by the kind and understanding team at The Lodge, nothing seems to be too much bother for them. They are kind and considerate and genuine. Thank you very much for your care and support towards my son.
My overall opinion of The Lodge is Excellent.
