My daughter lived at Low Lane for over two years and in that time her mental health declined and they got her sectioned. I wasn't informed till after it had happened. They restrained her and escorted her over the littlest of things. At times she did lash out as that was one of her problems which resulted
in them getting her arrested and charged with assault. She ended up in court five times because staff wanted her prosecuted, even though she was living there because she had these problems and they knew what her behaviours were.

It is pleasing to note that although she has not returned to our care, she continues to choose to maintain positive contact with some of our staff team via phone and letter.
We hope that her next placement is one that can meet her specific set of needs and we wish you all the best for the future.
