Staff at Bonnyholm have an amazing team.

My mum came to the care home only recently with dementia after I removed her from another home as was not happy with the standard of care nor the state of the premises. Best decision ever made. The staff are tremendous from management and the manager right down to the team of cleaners who keep the place absolutely spotless. My mum has settled in brilliantly and picked up remarkably in a short space of time due entirely to the care and attention provided. I no longer worry about my mum being in safe hands which is great. It’s top marks from me.

My great-gran always said she never wanted to go into a home, she always just wanted to stay at her house but after a few incidents, she decided it was best for her to try out a home. As soon as she got there you could tell she liked it. The staff were amazing with her, especially the management staff. Always popping in to have a chat with her so she never felt lonely. I would recommend this care home to anyone looking for a place for their loved ones.

Excellent care home. The locality is accessible by car and public transport. Provides excellent nursing care for my mother in law and has done for almost two years. Efficient staff and the cleanliness is also of a high standard. Cannot fault the place and has been a godsend in protecting my mother in law throughout the dreaded pandemic.

I could not believe the love and care my husband got when he was in Bonnyholm, they were also so kind and caring to my daughter and myself at this difficult and sad time, but they held us all up.

My sister has been in Bonnyholm for almost two years. She was diagnosed with Alzheimer's when in her late 50's, eight to nine years ago. The staff at Bonnyholm have helped her to settle in as a resident and have been very supportive and patient as my sister found her bearings. Bonnyholm is a bright and modern building with a garden area and looing onto trees and grass. She enjoys the music and can join in the activities with staff support. The staff work well together to provide a high level of support in spite of Covid restrictions.

Up for a few days from Southern England to visit family. Came to the home in the morning with my sister to visit my slightly younger sister who is in the care of the home. I was really impressed with the positive and friendly attitude of the staff not just to my sister but to others in the home, both staff and residents. Really impressed.

The staff are always helpful, considerate and nothing is too much bother for them. All the staff I have contacted regarding my dad have always done their best and ensured I was happy. My dad loves being at Bonnyholm Gardens and enjoys the company - our family is so grateful for the care my dad receives.

I was originally apprehensive as it was a new home and there were no inspection details to consult. However, I have been very happy with the care my mother has received. There is a good atmosphere and all staff seem to be very welcoming. Meals are of excellent quality. Laundry always up to date. The standard of cleanliness is high. I feel the care staff build up a rapport with residents and really care about them.

I have been very impressed by the service Mum receives. Everyone is very caring, helpful and supportive. I don't worry as I know she is safe and well.

Residents receive the highest standard of care. The staff are amazing, friendly, and helpful. The environment is spotless, safe, and inviting.

I feel so happy about my husband. I worried about him going into care, but my fears were unfounded. The care he receives is second to none. He is peg fed and all care is taken to ensure his safety and wellbeing. I even feel part of things. The staff are lovely and keep me informed of everything.

They have a fabulous relationship with the local medical centre and dentist, and I can only speak for our family, but my dad is well looked after, treated with respect and love, and most importantly, happy; we couldn't ask for more.

Staff are caring, friendly and mindful of residents dignity. Activities are well-planned, regular and engaging. Residents interests and desires are considered, and care plans incorporate these so they are tailored to the individual. Open dialogue between the home and families; facilitate easy communication. I would highly recommend at least a visit. Cannot express the difference between Bonnyholm Gardens and the other places we considered!

Even though my mother was a resident of Glenlivet Gardens for a short period of time, throughout that time she was treated with the utmost care, respect and dignity by all staff as were family members. All staff were very professional and empathic to our situation, they made family members feel very welcome and I would just like to thank the staff for taking care of our mum in a very personal and respectful manner. I was recommended this care home for my mum and would definitely recommend it to others.
