Maple Manor is an excellent home for our young adults with autism and learning disabilities. It is always welcoming and has a wonderful, family environment.
It is very well led, the manager, who has been in place for a number of years, is extremely efficient and this feeds through to all the staff,

who are all friendly, kind and very caring.
The residents engage in lots of different activities every day and the staff are excellent in tailoring to each individual's needs and interests. My son loves nature walks and the home is superb in supporting him to access all kinds of different walks far and wide, which gives him so much joy and in turn gives us such joy to see. He has also learned to ride a trike, giving him a newfound freedom and is something I could never have imagined him being able to do. He is very happy and thriving at Maple Manor, which is testament to all they do.

Maple Manor is a lovely place, the staff are friendly and very supportive, I can visit whenever I want. The service users are treated with respect and kindness, staff support and enable them to access a range of activities

My brother has lived at Maple Manor for around 13 years, in this time we have never doubted our choice in placement. My brother has received the best care in his time at Maple Manor and they have achieved things with him we never thought possible. The team are great at communicating with us and really
put him at the centre of his own care. It's clear to us that the staff have always genuinely cared and appear fond of all the boys living in the house. We've never had doubts about his safety, he is cared for in a person-centred way, the team is responsive to meeting his changing needs and have helped him achieve effective goals in his life. The house is well led by the senior team within the house. Maple Manor has been one of the best choices we have ever made as a family for my brother. To all the staff at Maple Manor we could never thank you enough and we appreciate everything you do!

My son is a resident and has multiple needs, he arrived at Maple View underweight and withdrawn remaining in his room and not wishing to socialise with other service users. He is now a new man with the help and support of the staff and management he attends regular medical appointments eg; doctors,
dentist, chiropodist. He interacts with other service users and is understanding of their needs and values. He regularly goes to town enjoying shopping, swimming and days out he has been on holiday with the staff and other service users. He is now a well and happy young man which is all down to the dedicated staff and management who go above and beyond and I am eternally grateful for.

My son has been a resident of this provision since 2018. His complex diagnosis makes him reliant on his competent, familiar and accredited staff to prompt, action and facilitate every aspect of his daily routine and personal care.

partnership with both myself and his extensive MDT and is proactive in all aspects of his care.
His health needs require regular admissions to hospital and such is my faith in their care and devotion and abilities they now facilitate the majority of these admissions. All medical and social professionals involved in care have the utmost respect for his team and speak exceptionally highly of them.
We have now built incredible links with all professionals and such is his teams credibility we have many direct links to essential clinicians, who will expedite his care based on his teams assessments of his needs

My sons have always been extremely well cared for by the staff at Maple House. They have lived there for 15 and 14 years respectively. The staff are fantastic, my sons are extremely happy living there, and they very much consider Maple House their home. They are always happy to return after a trip out
with family, and the fact they look forward to returning to their home speaks volumes. They have a varied, full and active life, with staff always looking for new and imaginative activities for my sons to try. The home is clean and very much feels like a home. The atmosphere is warm, friendly and inviting, and families have a good relationship with staff. The meals my sons have are rather delicious too!
It's unfortunate the home has recently received an inadequate rating, but all staff have worked hard to ensure any future inspections are more than satisfactory.
