From the very first visit to meet The Manager and look around the home on a random calling time I was greeted with warm welcoming smiling faces, procedure for entering and the reading of all health and safety incase of Emergency.
I was shown around a beautifully kept home, Lounge where I saw relaxing
Residents, being seen by attentive Carers, into the Dining Room which is not only inviting and well kept but clean and somewhere youd enjoy sitting and eating whilst socialising with other Residents.
Inidvidual Rooms were clean and kept incredibly tidy, all Bathrooms and Showrooms I was shown all spotless, ensuites ..clean and tidy.
A Laundry Room which had an immaculate Routine for washing drying etc
Some of the Residents spoke to me off their own backs and said how very happy they were, how they were treated as a Family but most of all everybody showed respect that this was their home. My Mum has been in nearly a week on Respite and there is such a change in her expression and feel.

My brother resided at Haylands for over 4 years until he passed away in August 2022. I would like to say I could not have left him with more caring genuine people to look after him, and would like to thank you all for the care and attention he received. The staff were all sad at his passing and dealt
with all funeral arrangements on my behalf. I am so pleased that his final years were in such a lovely caring home with beautiful people. My sincere thanks to Management and staff.

We moved my Father to Haylands as we were less than happy with his previous care home! There was no comparison! Haylands is an excellent Care Home. My Dads’ dignity restored overnight. He always looked so smart. Always had a smile on his face. Ate well. slept in a comfy spotless room. The Staff are
all lovely caring people. Nothing too much trouble. So welcoming to everyone. My Dad passed away. Not unexpected but sad. The staff dealt with everything for us. So pleased his final days were in such a homely caring place with genuine lovely people.
