Care Homes Owned by Venturi Healthcare in Merseyside

The activities are great going out. But not a lot inside Home. Need more stimulation That is what I have observed, on middle floor. Staff are all brilliant, & management.

Excellent care and attention from everyone who takes care of my husband, from the top (Emma) to all the fabulous staff who take care of John on a daily basis, everything is done with care and dignity, my husband has and still is on occasions quite challenging, this doesn't phase the staff at all, they deal with him quite calmly which in turn settles him down, I can't thank the staff enough they are all fabulous, a big thank you to everyone.

MY wife was in Mother Redcaps for two weeks, and in that she received very good care. All the staff were very helpful to her and very polite The activities that my wife took part in, she enjoyed very much

My brother Josepeh is well looked after he does not realise how well he is cared for when I visit the staff are all was pleasant and very helpful.

My lovely mum moved into Byron Court on December 29th from hospital. From day one I was overwhelmed by the care of my mum from the staff on floor one, they have been amazing - the nursing staff, the manager and the receptionist, the chef and the cleaners, nothing is to much and I can finally sleep at night knowing that my mum is safe

The home is always clean and the meals provide are all good.

Since my dad has been at byron court I am really pleased with the care my dad has been getting the staff are always happy to speak to me about my dad and always give me a good feedback on how he has been

She is so settled, calm and content. I am welcomed by the staff at every visit. The staff show patience/ understanding. Her room is lovely. The manager makes herself available when needed.

The rooms were super clean and well appointed and Mum was made to feel at home. Moving into a care home can be a difficult and traumatic experience but Byron Court made things as good as they could be. Thank you!

I have visited. I have visited Blair House several times in previous years and the care always seems of good standard.

Medical needs not fully provided. Lack of knowledge of oxygen needs. Food is not fresh but frozen so often sent to residents dried up or even burnt. Cleanliness of equipment and rooms not up to standard.

I am so pleased with how my mum is cared for since moving from another home here. The staff are absolutely lovely and caring. The equipment available is brilliant too. They do an amazing job and always so friendly and good for a chat. My mum is so much happier here.

The staff are very helpful and spend time with you when you want them to. Special occassions are celebrated. Blair House is clean and tidy, well heated and secure.

Today we came and Mike was all upset over his tv. Mark (staff) helped us find the best place to go without Mark we would of been lost. A big thankyou.

I have looked after my partner (who had dementia) as his carer for over four years in his own home until it became clear he needed professional care. We looked at brand new care homes which were just cash cows, and smaller homes which were obviously struggling. Then we came across Mother Redcaps. This immediately had a good feel to it. We received the warmest of welcomes on the reception desk, followed by an introduction to the manager, followed by a show around. The staff are all friendly. There was a room available so my partner moved in. The staff are all friendly. He settled down remarkably quickly. After 8 months of visiting on a daily basis I can confirm that Mother Redcaps is good; the staff are superb, always kind and compassionate to the residents.The food is good - I can vouch for that!! The place has a very good feel to it!
