Since the arrival of the new cook last year. Quality and variety of food has increaed tremendously. Mum looks forward to her meals now cook trys to accomodate mum's specific requests sometimes excellent

The only downside is the look of the rooms as very bare and reminds me of a b&b in Blackpool but apart from this my grandpa is been looked after by kind, helpful, friendly and respectful staff.. My dad also gets a coffee and biscuits offered to him which is a lovely gesture.

My husband was placed here for respite by the Social services as we part fund his care. If I had known what it was like I would never have let him go in there. He had been mobilising with a frame to the toilet/lounge at home. They left him in bed for 3 weeks in an awful,room alone, surroinded by people screaming (he does not have dementi) and people crying help me. He could not get any sleep, and was exhausted so therefore did not want to get up and wasn't encouraged to. I did not get a break as I had to keep going to check he was ok. On one occassion I witnessed him being taken to the bathroom for a shower and he was shouting out as the staff were bashing him about and,as they knew I was outside they were telling him to sush. The food was awful and he came home having lost considerable weight and strenght with dry, dehydrated skin and very weak. Thus was after just 3 weeks. It is a depressing, short staffed and tick box exercise establishment. Would never send anyone there.

My mum had been in residence at Eversleigh since October 2025 . The home is a calming environment and welcoming when you enter, Office and all staff are friendly and welcoming . Mum took a few weeks to settle and relax understanding the routine and was able to spend time in her room, watching sport and her programmes on TV, reading and colouring , the activity team are exceptional and have well planned activities and mum joined in supporting her social well being. All staff , nursing , carers, maintenance are caring and considerate, all meals were tailored to suit my mum and were delicious. Mum was settled and content , all medical and nursing care was excellent .All staff were genuine and caring and gave mum dignity and thought in her last hours. Thank you.

My mother who has now been a resident of Eversleigh Care Centre for over 3 years now, and has severe mental and physical ailments, but her care at Eversleigh has always been exemplary, the staff from the office to the nurses, are again not only helpful but will go above and beyond to help, and assist, any enquires are responded to immediately and with efficiency. I cannot give higher than five stars here, but they deserve more.

To all staff I mean all staff at Eversleigh care centre, Albert Road, Wolverhampton. You all do a grand job from the bottom of your hearts and more. The more you give better the residents are.

Although my uncle wasn't here long I must say how kind and helpful the staff were in looking after him in his final days, as I know how hard and difficult this work can be but once again thank you to you all for looking after my Uncle Aubrey!!

This care facility is exceptional. It provides excellent support for my grandfather and effectively addresses his specific requirements. The staff are commendable, and the facilities are outstanding.

Our Dad, who has dementia, moved into Eversleigh in January 2026 and we couldn't be happier with his care. From the initial visit, to settling Dad in and his ongoing care, everyone has been welcoming, friendly and open. Dad is safe and happy, which is a huge relief to all the family. Dad really enjoys the food, the activities and the interaction with all the staff. He has a lovely room, which is always clean and tidy. Our thanks go to everyone at Eversleigh.

A family member is resident in the eversleigh from February 2025 as his dementia left us unable to provide the care he needed. The home is clean and welcoming and I have been satisfied with the care given!

Special mention to the activities team. My husband is in bed the majority of the time but they always go to see him to include him in activities. As he spends a lot of time alone they really break up his day. For Christmas and Birthdays they always make the day special for residents.

Putting a loved one in a care facility is probably the hardest saddest decision a family have to make. Mom has advanced dementia and needed specialist care. All the staff at Eversleigh are caring, kind, supportive. Mom is happy there she gets involved in all activities provided by staff. They keep us as a family informed and involved and are always welcoming whenever we visit. Nothing is too much trouble. Knowing mom is happy and being looked after in a caring way means everything to us. Our visit are quality time spent with mom. I can't thank all the staff enough

Our mom has been at eversleigh about 18 months,she has dementia, very pleased with the care,friendly, nothing is too much trouble, update us how mom is doing,any issues, would recommend, nice that you can visit any time of the day

Can't fault Eversleigh they have been a great support for us, & my dad is happy here. Always on hand when you call or visit. Staff are all very friendly & helpful. Access is secure. Able to make Dad's room feel like home.

My mom is a resident in Robinswood. She is happy and content living there and that is due to the wonderful care she receives from all the staff. From the department managers, carers, cleaners and laundry ladies, all are a credit to the home.

All staff and management treat everybody with good care. They are all very caring and helpful.

Our father was treated with the utmost respect and dignity during the three months he spent at Eversleigh Care Centre until his sad passing. Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly care team. He was always looked after. With a special mention to the night shift who were all very professional and understanding throughout the last hours that he spent with us.

My dads illness is progressing whilst receiving palliative care. During this time the staff at Eversleigh Care Centre are treating my dad with excellent care and also maintaining his dignity through their sensitive approach. I am always informed of changes in his needs and also when I visit I am treated with a welcoming, caring and understanding approach by unit managers and carers. They all have a lovely approach with dad too and things are always actioned promptly.
