Sadly we lost Mum recently but Netherwood were so kind and she was treated with dignity and respect. They also ensured we had everything we needed as well.

very hard to ensure a lovely atmosphere where visitors are made very welcome. I thought I would worry about Mum going into a home but the staff are so caring I have no concerns at all.

and the staff were amazing, they assessed her upon arrival back at the nursing home and acted on all the things they thought she required to make her well. Nothing was too much trouble and all through this experience they were in constant touch with me. The staff are friendly, welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. They care for the residents as if they were their own family and more importantly, treat them all with respect.

has taken a while to settle but she now calls it home and is always ready to return.
The accommodation is forever improving with the addition of a bar, a new hairdressing facility and a dedicated cinema.
All the new rooms are now underfloor heated which is perfect for the elderly, I can talk I’m 72 myself!
