Caring and amazing staff go that extra miles.

I have never met such a devoted committed supportive team of people in my life. This includes, management, carers, domestic and medical. Mam's palliative care was well managed with the utmost dignity and the family was well supported throughout.

I pick John up weekly. The staff are always friendly and helpful. John is always ready and well cared for and he would not be happy anywhere else. All John's needs are met at Fellingate, and I can see how much the staff Love John.

my mother has only been in Fellingate for 3 weeks but in that time she has been well looked after. Staff are all very friendly and very helpful

Since my brother has been at Fellingate, he has put on weight and has been looked after, by the excellent staff. who have gong above and beyond to cater for all my brothers needs. The care home is lovely and has warm welcoming staff, excellent care home and I would recommend to anyone, who wants their loved ones well looked after.

On visiting my sister numerous times a week I find all the staff absolutely amazing and totally caring and committed to the residents the senior staff always have time for everyone visitors included. My sister was unwell, scared and confused when she first went into Fellingate Care Home but now a year later she is a different person she's content happy and comfortable in her surroundings I have nothing but praise and admiration for every member of staff I know they have made the once unhappy relative very happy. I commend all staff on floor 4 for caring so much for my sister my biggest thanks and gratitude to the most amazing care home manager Trish

Mother in respite from hospital. Mood changed dramatically never seen her so happy. Staff go over and beyond with my mams needs and the activities are fantastic too, she is joining in. Staff very friendly and approachable. Building clean and tidy.

I absolutely love the staff and what they provide for my mother in law Laura.. fun activities and although she can't remember doing them due to her Alzheimer's we show her the videos and pictures that the staff take.. huge shout out to Lynne who goes above and beyond her role to make it all special.

I visited today, Tuesday, 10th Feb. The entertainment staff were absolutely brilliant with the residents. They make it look so much fun, and it was lovely to see all the residents smile and get involved. The staff are super friendly and helpful. 5 Stars

My cousin went in in March within 5mins of going through the door we knew it was the right care home for her the staff are brilliant and the manager absolutely great all came to see her making sure if she needed anything all she had to do was press her buzzer it was so clean and smelt lovely the food is fantastic I couldn't fault a thing they are always there to help well done all deserve 10 stars not 5 keep up the great work all.

The staff have been excellent and very supportive of my mam. They have shown a real understanding of the needs she requires, very friendly and show good, good support; always refer to her using her first name.

Lovely, clean, no smells, good food, caring staff. Home in good condition. Lots of activities to join in with.

I have both parents currently in Wardley Gate. Every member of staff is always, no matter how busy, keep me updated when I visit my parents. They are very approachable and friendly. Both my parents are always dressed in clean clothes, well turned out, hair is washed, and regular hair appointments. Activities are on a regular basis and are well thought out, and staff give 100%. Both parents are extremely well taken care of.

My mam has been in Wardley Gate for 9 years, the staff are excellent and she is well looked after. The activities are excellent and Lyn does a great job decorating the home for the events ie Easter, Christmas and everything else.

A really lovely care home that provides the best care to my nana. All staff are friendly and look after her. The services the home provides are great. Staff are informative. Rooms are lovely. The effort made for special occasions, i.e. Christmas, memorial days, are excellent.
