This place has rapidly gone downhill over the last two or three years, no longer a nice place to live, always wondering from one second to the next which member of staff is gonna turn your day into a pile of rubbish. Unexpected bills paying for food that you don't have and generally being treated like
a simpleton. I was happier when I was homeless. And if a pet that you had when you moved in dies they will not allow you to have another one.
