My mother moved into Hilda Coles House Care Home the day of lockdown so she has been there three years.
She will be 95 years young this year.
I can't empathise enough praise to the care she is provided with, it's not easy for them in some situations, as I have witnessed some visitors coming in to
see their family and not being very pleasant to the carers.
I have witnessed this by a certain man, this is actually a form of bullying, so I would say it's a lovely place to live.

If your loved one needs any support to live alone, please do not send them here.
At this home, I have personally witnessed victimisation, negligence and a complete lack of care in general.
While being an additional private carer for my service user, I ended up providing much of the care that the
carers were supposed to provide in the very few hours that I was employed.
There was a complete lack of dignity, lack of equality, and no willingness to work with the service users' needs.
