Norton House in Westminster is located in the heart of London close to St James's Park, Westminster Abbey and other attractions. The home provides residential care for up to 40 customers in homely and comfortable single en suite rooms and continues to welcome new residents.

The home is operated by Anchor, who work with residents and their loved ones to create detailed care plans to ensure each individual’s health and care needs are continually met. Priding themselves in person-centred care, Norton House provides on-going training to care staff to ensure their approach always reflects best practice.

They work hard to get to know customers, build relationships and ensure all aspects of the service provided are at the highest level.

It reinvests the money made into its retirement properties and care homes, which enables the group to provide a high-quality service which exceeds expectations.

My mother needed a place within 24 hours after being released from hospital. Norton House did everything possible to help and make the process easy. The staff are wonderful and the place spotless. I can totally recommend it for a safe friendly environment for an elderly person.

Since I moved into Norton House, the staff have always made sure that I feel safe living here, also made me feel like I belong in a community. At Norton House, the staff are supportive and respectful. The food is nice on most occasions.

Each flat has a bathroom with a shower, also each flat has a TV and armchair with comfortable positioning. The flat and bathroom are cleaned each day as well as the bed is made in the morning. Breakfast is served in a dining room on the ground floor and with plenty of staff to serve food. Lunches and

I visited my husband once a week or so during this time. The staff were kind, friendly and efficient. My husband seems comfortable enough but said he would like his food to be tastier and more appealing particularly in the flavour. Norton House is bright, modern and welcoming and I'm pleased that my

The welcome at Norton House was excellent, the ensuing rapport with all the staff was equally warm, respectfully caring and personable at all times. The general atmosphere in this care home was one of peaceful contentment, cordial sociability at all levels and very civilized.
One remark only: Should
a resident require a night district nurse, it is important to inform the person closest to him/her on the outset that special medical care is not at hand.

My wife came a fortnight ago. I have visited half a dozen times and had a meal twice. The staff are friendly and very willing to provide help and service in any way. My wife is shown kindness and respect and has settled in easily as a result. The home provides a wide range of activities which compliment
