In my experience since Mum has been here at Rose Cour, the staff have been great looking after Mum. Although Mum has trouble walking, her walking frame helps her along. The staff go above and beyond to help Mum and obviously all the other people on her landing. So to sum up, I am very happy with the
care Mum gets.

I am happy with the care my aunt gets at Rose Court. The staff treat her with kindness and respect. The staff understand her needs and meets her needs with care. My aunt always seems happy and likes the staff around her. My aunt's bedroom is kept clean and tidy.

Mum has been in Rose Court Care Home for only a short time but the care she received is excellent. She seems happy and settled. I hope she continues to receive this type of care for the rest of her stay. Thank you to all the staff.

I am so impressed with the high standard of care and professionalism provided by the team at Rose Court. They treat my mum like she is family. Mum is so happy; we know she is in safe hands. We can't thank the staff at Rose Court enough. We thought keeping Mum at her home was the best thing for her.
Within weeks of her being at Rose Court, we realised how happy she was. In fact, she kept telling us, 'I like it here'. The staff take such good care of her - she feels like the queen. She loves the team, and I get the impression they love her too. Thank you so much.

I am very grateful to the lovely, patient staff and management at Rose Court for their dedication and hard work, keeping my dad as comfortable and as happy as is possible under the circumstances. He is now sometimes a grumpy old man and can be difficult at times but they still manage a smile for him
and a cheery hello. They keep me well informed if he is not well. They have had a hard time with the Covid crisis and all the difficulties that created but have always done their best to sort out any issue speedily and efficiently. Dad, his clothes and room are always clean and tidy, he always looks smart. He is fed very well and the staff make an extra effort to try and entice him to eat when he isn't hungry. I am very glad he is at Rose Court. He sees a doctor regularly (impossible if he were at home). Despite our reservations about placing him in a care home initially, mum and I know he is in the best place possible. Thank you all.

Wonderful care home, with friendly staff. We were able to use the hairdressing facilities.
This care home has a welcoming atmosphere and wonderful gardens, nice clean rooms and has a great team leader.

Our mother has been living at Rose Court for two years and eight months. The staff have been wonderful, caring and lovely to our mother. We’re always encouraged to give feedback so that our mum’s needs are met. Whenever we raised any issues, the management listened to us and addressed them accordingly.

My mum came into the home on the 20th April 2022.
Mum was very distressed when she came in and the team at Rose Court worked as a team to help my mum settle.
We are on a long journey and this is just the start, the team at Rose Court are working very well with me and the rest of the family to reach
our goals.

My late mother had the very best care possible at Rose Court for her final two years. She was so happy and content there. I found all the staff to be very warm, caring, and helpful to both residents and visitors. The excellent manager runs a tight, efficient team with many years of experience at Rose
Court between them. During my mother's final hours, I met the night team for the first time who were also both compassionate and professional. I am deeply grateful to all the staff at Rose Court.

Need more staff at night
Room wasn’t cleaned when mum was admitted
Food good with snacks provided morning afternoon and evening
Furniture in the room could do with repairing
A weekly update from staff would be good informing a member of the family of what mum has and hasn’t done during the week
with electronic photos on the iPads showing any activities mum’s been involved in during that week

I wanted to write and say my late mother was extremely well cared for and supported by all the staff at Rose Court. The manager made sure my mother received all the care and attention, particularly throughout the pandemic, as did all the other residents.
I'm extremely grateful to all at Rose Court

This is a very good care home and we would highly recommend this to anyone wishing to move here. The staff are very friendly, professional and polite. Nothing is too much trouble. My mother-in-law really likes it here and enjoys her food too. Mum really enjoys the activities and loves to join in.

The system for entry is really straightforward and clear. I feel safe going into the home and likewise, feel that my mam is also safe. Everyone is doing a great job and I’m so grateful that she has been in safe hands through this last year.
