The carers, staff and management go out of their way to make sure our Aunts needs and health care are well catered for. During the lockdown, our Aunt had her 100th Birthday. The staff made a cake, there was balloons, bunting, music, also a card from the Queen. Including a chat via Zoom from the Mayor
giving congratulations to her on her 100th Birthday. Not being able to visit due to lockdown, Rose Court has set up Whatapp for family's to see and talk to family members. Thank you all at Rose Court for the way you care for our Aunt and all residents.

My mother came to Rose Court in November. She settled very quickly into the home. Because of dementia, she lost her ability to speak English and only spoke in her native language. The staff coped very well with understanding mum. They treated mum with respect, care and love. Mum often lost her balance
and after breaking her hip, the staff quickly adapted her care appropriately and her recovery was speedy. This place felt like a home away from home for mum and for the family. We cannot express how caring and loving all the staff are. We never doubted the level of care she was receiving. We visited every day and were always welcomed by the staff, often offering us the day’s delicious meals, which mum enjoyed.The staff made sure mum had her tablets and enough water to drink. Even after mum’s passing, of coronavirus in April, the care home threw her a birthday party, making cake and snacks for all the residents to celebrate her. Thank you everyone who cared for our mum at Rose Court.

Our mum was in Rose Court for 4 months during that time she received superb care. All carers and staff were amazing. They were calm, considerate, patient, caring and treated her with dignity. True professionals. I cannot praise them enough. I would like to say publicly a huge thank you to them all.

My mother has lived in Rose Court for nearly 6 years. She has been treated with the best care and respect from all the staff. At times, it is very difficult for the staff I'm sure but never has any of the team been sharp with them. I have the utmost respect for all the staff and management.

I would like to see more ethnic food (diet) for my mother. Now that you have shuffled your staff I have observed a more positive attitude towards relatives with concerns raised.
I would state that Rose Court are taking concerns positively and improving the lives of their residents. My only observation
and this seems to now be very common is that a particular resident can be verbally oppressive to the other resident's lots of swear words and staff should intervene but this does not happen.

One of the hardest decisions I've had to make for my mum, but the best.
Rose Court staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Great atmosphere and mum has settled in very well. It's the best I've seen my mum in a long time.

I've found the staff here to be helpful, approachable and very caring. Mum is helped to dress and is encouraged to leave her room. She has learnt how to use a zimmer frame and encouraged to participate in group activities she has her hair and nails done regularly. Any issues that occur are quickly rectified.

The staff are lovely and welcoming. My mother has settled in within a couple of days. She is so happy and loves her room.
She is a different woman since being at the care home. I would recommend this care home. It's the best decision we made for my mother.
