My brother has been in the home for 2years now and has been well looked after as I see it.
I visit three times a week, it is not easy for anybody as he cannot speak or communicate with anybody but the staff are very good with him.

All staff are kind and take care of the residents. They always keep me informed of everything that is going on in the home and take very good care of my mother. What else can I say?Except that Rose Court is an excellent care home and I am so happy for my mother to be there.

Rose Court is a "home from home".
Both my parents have been residents since March 2017 and their care has been excellent, even though their needs are very different.
The staff are friendly, professional and genuinely care for the residents. My parents and my family are confident that Rose Court is
the best home for them. We feel part of the Rose Court family.

Rose Court really provide great service to residents. Our family appreciate all the help and knowledge they give us regarding our mother's needs. They continue to advise and support when things with our mother's health are of concern. We recommend this care home as one of the best. Staff deserve
much respect as they really put in the hours.

My mother was initially very aggressive towards me, the staff and other residents.
However, she is now a lot calmer.
The staff advise on a regular basis as to how my mother has been.
The staff do appear to understand my mother's dementia and deal with her outbursts very well.

My mother lived at Rose Court for just under 3 years, we could not have asked for better care. She was well looked after and nothing was too much trouble. From the top to the bottom the staff were caring and understanding. In our eyes, we could not have had better.

On the whole, the home is very good. Staff are very good with customers.
The rooms are clean. The only concern I have is - Sometimes the food is not very good.

My aunt went into Rose Court on 5/4/16. The staff are brilliant, and nothing is too much for them. On my aunt's birthday, they made her a cake with her name on it, they put up banners, balloons, cards and everyone on her floor had a piece of cake. Because I couldn't make it on her birthday, the staff
took pictures of her party and sent them to me in Dorset.


My aunt also goes to their hairdressers every week, she has her nails done regularly and they play music so that the residents can sing. Rose Court is a dementia home, but it is a happy place and the staff are really good. Also when the lift wasn't working one day they helped my mum, who is 92, (it took 3 staff to get her up to the first floor ).
As I said earlier, "nothing is too much".

My mum has been at Rose Court for about 8 years. When she arrived she had just got into the swing of how the home ran. She is very stubborn and even though she is sometimes difficult we found that we are happy that she feels so at home there.
