All the staff are kind, considerate and caring. Their food is varied and satisfying and the bedrooms are large, airy and clean. Standards everywhere are extremely good!
Fairly comfortable and the care is good. The time keeping is not so good at times e.g breakfast waiting at the table before being served.

My wife is receiving very good treatment and support, staff are very attentive to all her needs. Very easy to communicate with staff who sort out any trouble straight away.

A friendly home with caring staff. Always on hand to reassure and explain situations. Abbey Ravenscroft Park Nursing Home gave me confidence in the care and the friendship that they offered my mother who incidentally was very difficult to please. I was extremely impressed with their care plan and the great patience that they showed in administering medication and encouragement to try to get my mother to eat. Last but not least a very lovely garden with squirrels and birds to divert agitated residents enabling them to behave in a calmer manner.
My mother became very frail and the carers and nursing staff were careful to treat her gently and considerately. Whilst she was still able to respond they interacted with her keeping her informed about the football team she supported.

Mable is a qualified Registered Nurse with over 30 years of nursing experience and more than 12 years of management experience. She is also a qualified midwife, bringing a broad range of clinical knowledge and expertise to her role.
In 2011, Mable obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Health and Social Care from the University of London. In 2012, she completed a Diploma in Dementia Person-Centred Care with the University of Surrey. She also holds Level 5 and Level 7 qualifications in Leadership.
Mable has extensive experience working in hospital settings and has developed a wealth of knowledge and expertise in elderly care. She has worked in nursing homes since 2002 and has been a Registered Home Manager since 2012. Throughout her career, Mable has demonstrated strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
