My wife is receiving very good treatment and support, staff are very attentive to all her needs. Very easy to communicate with staff who sort out any trouble straight away.

Generally, I visit every day and feed my wife at lunchtime or supper time. I stay until she is in bed. I normally leave about 6.30pm. My wife neither talks nor walks but I am sure that she knows who I am. She is always compliant with instructions from staff and always appears content. This means that
from time to time if I cannot visit I am confident that my wife's treatment will be good.

A friendly home with caring staff. Always on hand to reassure and explain situations. Abbey Ravenscroft Park Nursing Home gave me confidence in the care and the friendship that they offered my mother who incidentally was very difficult to please. I was extremely impressed with their care plan and the
great patience that they showed in administering medication and encouragement to try to get my mother to eat. Last but not least a very lovely garden with squirrels and birds to divert agitated residents enabling them to behave in a calmer manner.

My mother became very frail and the carers and nursing staff were careful to treat her gently and considerately. Whilst she was still able to respond they interacted with her keeping her informed about the football team she supported.
