My mum recently stayed at Amberley House for a two-week respite stay, and I cannot thank the team enough for the outstanding care she received. From the moment we arrived, the Manager, Ash, and every member of staff made us feel welcome, reassured and supported. Ash is incredibly approachable, compassionate and genuinely committed to providing the highest standard of care. Every member of the team was kind, patient and always willing to help, making what could have been an anxious experience a very positive one. The care my mum received was truly person-centered. The staff took the time to understand her individual needs, preferences and routines, ensuring she was treated with dignity, respect and genuine warmth at all times.
