Excellent caring team who have looked after dad for several years now. I have every confidence in their abilities to provide him with a safe homely environment.
Many thanks for taking the time to leave us your review, it is very much appreciated.
I am very happy with the care of my mother. Everyone at the home is welcoming and committed to doing their very best for the residents.
My overall view is that Five Oaks is a caring and professional service, extremely well managed.
I have found the staff are well motivated and doing a very good job under what can be difficult circumstances as some residents can be very demanding.Staff appear well informed generally and at no time in the last 2.5 years have I needed to make any complaints.
House keeping is excellent and the restaurant provides a good variety of appetising food.
my impression of the home is that the facilities are spotless, the food is excellent, podiatry the staff are helpful and considerate.
the local doctor visits every Thursday as does a district nurse and other personal care arrangements are podiatry.
I know that other activities are arranged eg bingo, chair exercises and the like
My father has told me that he feels safe, enjoys the food very much and that he is treated well by all the staff.
it has taken a big weight off my mind.
She already knew many of the staff and had enjoyed good friendships and positive relationships with many staff members, across all responsibilities, for many years before.
This helped her to settle in very quickly, at what is always a very difficult time of transition.
We are thankful to have the very professional and caring team at Five Oaks to take good care of our mother.
Up to the standard, we expect after several uses of Five Oaks for respite care. Happy to recommend Five Oaks.
