The care my dad receives in The Meadows is amazing. He always looks clean and tidy and always has a smile on his face. The staff are very attentive to all the residents and make sure that everyone is looked after to the highest standard. Dads wellbeing is so much better since living at The Meadows and he is less aggitated and more relaxed and I know he is safe at all times. The carers talk to all the residents and try to get everyone to join in with activities and enjoy time together in the lounge area.

The Meadows is a fabulous care home and my dad is thriving there. I cannot overstate how wonderful the staff are. My dad was hesitant about moving but Rosalyn won him over with her kindness, patience and genuine warmth. The rest of team are caring, compassionate and full of fun. They consistently go above and beyond to bring comfort, dignity and happiness to residents lives. My dad is really happy here - thank you for everything you do.

Dad spent over 5 years at The Meadows. He came to look on them as his family, and they took excellent care of him. All of the team treat the residents with respect and do their utmost to make their stay as happy as can be. If I had to choose a care home for someone now, I would certainly recommend The Meadows.

I would not hesitate to recommend The Meadows to anyone seeking care for their loved one. Both the management and staff are caring, compassionate, and completely understand and accommodate various needs. My Mum was treated with respect at all times and received a fantastic level of care. Both the common areas and residents' rooms are wonderfully laid out, and you can tell a great deal of thought has gone into every aspect of the home. Thank you so much to The Meadows.

Review from B B (Cousin of Resident) published on 24 March 2025 Submitted via Postal Card
Overall Experience

My cousin has been at The meadows for over 18 months he was unable to care properly for himself. He was made very welcome and has a good relationship with all staff. His health has deteriorated over the last year (he is 89) but his care has continued with kindness and he is comfortable. All the staff we have met have continued to help him and he is very happy! It is unfortunate that we live a considerable distance, with horrid motorways to contend with, that our visits are not as often as we like. However I'm always speaking to him at least twice a week.

My family found the care that my aunt received at the care home to be exceptionally good. Despite my aunt's advanced dementia, we could tell that she was very happy in her own way. It was obvious that she was well cared for, warm and comfortable. We are very grateful to the staff of Meadows Care Home for making her last years of life comfortable and peaceful.

My sister was living at The Meadows for the past 4 years. She had a neurodegenerative disease and sadly passed away in February.
The care that she received during her stay was exemplary. We were very lucky to have found this care home. The staff are all absolutely brilliant and really care for the residents. There are many activities, in which residents are encouraged to partake.
Several of the staff attended her funeral and wake afterwards, which shows the genuine caring shown to my sister.

I cannot recommend The Meadows highly enough.

My mother has been in The Meadows for just over 2 months, she has settled in well. The staff are very caring and take time with the residents, getting to know their needs and help in every approach.

My one concern is that I would like more feedback from the management on my mother's progress, she has Alzheimer's and was not sleeping initially. I would like to have been informed of this but I had to ask for this which would be very useful for me and the family.

Since my great-aunt was placed at The Meadows Residential Care Home, it has been a huge weight lifted off all of our shoulders. She receives such great care from all of the staff. The cleaning staff are amazing, spotless every time we visit. Management side is fantastic, always there to help. the chefs are lovely, always cooking up a beautiful meal which my aunt loves the meals that she serves. Couldn't speak more highly of our total experience with moving mom to The Meadows. The peace of mind from knowing that mom is safe, happy and well taken care of is priceless. All of the team are wonderful, the common living areas are clean and well maintained, the decor is bright and cheery, and the residents' rooms are all ensuite, clean, well furnished, and bright with a lot of natural light. There are daily activities and a lovely new garden for everyone to enjoy the sunshine. It is a joy to visit and see how happy everyone is.

My mum has been a resident for seven years. She is in one of the best care homes in Ealing, in my opinion. Wonderful carers who are kind and empathetic. The kitchen and housekeeping staff are as lovely as the carers. The activist manager has a wonderful rapport with all the residents. The owners have so much experience with seniors and the renovations that they have had done are outstanding. I am extremely happy with my mum's care.
