We would like to praise every single carer. They are caring and compassionate towards mum and to us as her family. The home is spotless and the rooms are kept warm and comfortable. Our only comment would be around retention of staff, some really good staff have been lost and the gap of an activity...
We would like to praise every single carer. They are caring and compassionate towards mum and to us as her family. The home is spotless and the rooms are kept warm and comfortable. Our only comment would be around retention of staff, some really good staff have been lost and the gap of an activity worker had a big impact on mum's mood.
I am quite happy with mum living at the Priory Care Home. Mum seems quite happy and relaxed and enjoys any entertainment provided.

All the staff were caring and concerned when mum started to go downhill. She wasn't eating and they changed her diet accordingly to complan and soft food. They were quick to get medical assistance when necessary I would definitely recommend Priory Residential Home if you were looking for a home for your parents or loved one.
