Sancroft Hall's exceptional care team ensures that residents receive excellent levels of care within a homely and welcoming environment.
The primary aim is to create a home for older people who can no longer manage in their own homes. Staff want all residents to live as they would wish to and support this by respecting their individuality, independence and personal dignity.
The home is registered for sixty-two service users, within six groups all with own lounge and dining areas; with three residential groups specifically set up for Asian Elders.
Situated within Harrow and at the heart of the local community, Sandcroft Hall welcome visitors to experience the warm and friendly atmosphere. The home encourages the residents to go out and about in the community with family and friends and to engage in those activities that they enjoy.
Alternatively, residents can invite friends and family into the home for a chat over a cup of tea or coffee or join in the many activities offered within the home or out and about in the community.
The home manager has a wealth of experience in delivering high-quality care and is supported by a highly trained care staff team who support residents to the very highest standards.

My mum has been a resident at this home for 4 years. I cannot recommend this care home enough. The care staff are outstanding and take great care of my mum. She enjoys the activities provided and meals very much. They provide a safe and happy environment for my mum and the other residents.

I am very happy with the home. The staff place and everything else is very good, very polite, smiling all the time and also very helpful. My sister has been in their home now for 3 years an d she is very happy. Lots of different activities too. I am glad she is one of the residents.

I'm very pleased with the service provided at sancroft. They've made my mother very welcome and she has settled well. It is very comforting to know that she is in a caring and safe environment as she has reached the stage with dementia that she can no longer live alone.

My father in law was at Sancroft for 8 years. He originally went there for 2 weeks respite. He liked it there so much he asked if he could move there. We put his name on the waiting list and were lucky to get a place a few months later. He settled in very quickly and took an active part in all the...
My father in law was at Sancroft for 8 years. He originally went there for 2 weeks respite. He liked it there so much he asked if he could move there. We put his name on the waiting list and were lucky to get a place a few months later. He settled in very quickly and took an active part in all the activities and trips that are arranged at Sancroft. He was looked after very well and thought of some of the staff like family. For us, as a family, it was a great relief to know that he was happy and all his needs were being taken care of 24/7. Sancroft provide fantastic care to their residents and know them well. The staff undergo dementia training with info evenings offered to the families to allow us to have more understanding of what our loved one is going through. I can highly recommend Sancroft to those looking for care for their loved ones.

The care and attention she receives is of a high standard and I would like to commend the staff, especially the Manager, who took time from her busy schedule to meet with me and discuss the level of care given to my sister. It's clear that this facility understands the needs of the service users, concerns of family members and provides person centered care with dignity and respect, a quality that's paramount for the well being of my sister and reassuring for our family.
The unit is well maintained and organised and having previously worked and managed similar facilities, I can attest that this unit is well managed. Reception and staff are welcoming and took time to respond positively to any queries and concerns I had. The building is clean and hygienic, again a testament and dedication of staff responsible for the cleanliness of the unit.

My aunt has been here for over three years now. Although she didn't want to leave her own home, she settled in quickly, made friends, and enjoys the company and care she receives. I am so impressed with the quality of the care and support my aunt is given, always kind and respectful, and giving her as much choice and autonomy as appropriate. She celebrated her 95th birthday a few days ago and, to be honest, I'm not sure that she would have been able to had she not come to Sancroft Hall.
