Sancroft Hall is a residential home for older people and specialises in providing care for those living with dementia.

The home has a range of accommodation all with en-suite facilities and 24hour support offering spacious interiors, landscaped gardens and its own sun lounge.

The home also provides a variety of home-cooked meals from its main and vegetarian kitchens.

There are extensive landscaped gardens, a hairdressing salon and a small shop run by residents’.

Sancroft Hall's exceptional care team ensures that residents receive excellent levels of care within a homely and welcoming environment.

The primary aim is to create a home for older people who can no longer manage in their own homes. Staff want all residents to live as they would wish to and support this by respecting their individuality, independence and personal dignity.

The home is registered for sixty-two service users, within six groups all with own lounge and dining areas; with three residential groups specifically set up for Asian Elders.

Situated within Harrow and at the heart of the local community, Sandcroft Hall welcome visitors to experience the warm and friendly atmosphere. The home encourages the residents to go out and about in the community with family and friends and to engage in those activities that they enjoy.

Alternatively, residents can invite friends and family into the home for a chat over a cup of tea or coffee or join in the many activities offered within the home or out and about in the community.

The home manager has a wealth of experience in delivering high-quality care and is supported by a highly trained care staff team who support residents to the very highest standards.

My Sister-in-law has been here for 15 years. With her disability problem, I think she is happy. The food is good, given on time. They organise Diwali and Christmas parties and many more events. So think they pass the days nicely.

I have found this to be a very good care home. I feel safe, secure, and valued by the staff. The facilities for activities are good and keep me busy. Cooking and cleanliness are excellent. I am able to use the showers and appreciate the laundry service. The food is good and I can make tea or coffee
at most times. I want to thank the staff for making the experience of Sancroft House so good.

My sister and I were so lucky to have found Sancroft. My Father has been there for more than two years and he is very content.
The staff are wonderful, both the managers and the carers.
They have helped him with everything he needs, from everyday care to arranging medical appointments and transport.

Sancroft Care Home has assisted me greatly in taking care of my Mother with dementia. Sancroft has been great. They are friendly and always responsive. I have a great relationship with the staff and management of the home.

Excellent around the clock care from staff. My grandmother is very happy here and enjoys so much about this care home - from the food to the medical attention, festive celebrations, to the fun events/entertainment. She feels right at home. She can't compliment the staff enough which puts our minds at
ease. Thank you for looking after my grandmother as your own.
Please try to complete renovations as soon as possible as residents are complaining about mice/rats and noise.

All staff are genuinely very caring and attentive to my mother's needs. She is very happy here and enjoys the company. She compliments the flavourful food and the various programmes that entertain all residents and cater to all different festivities.
However, due to developments taking place at present,
there is a requirement for pest control (mice/rats) which are nibbling food/cardigans in her room.

My mother lived at Sancroft for over 2 years we were very happy with the way my mother was taken care of by the carers and the staff were brilliant. My mother enjoyed the singing and she participated whenever the performers came to the centre.

My mother has been at Sancroft for a couple of years now. She is very happy there and tells me all the time how well she is being cared for. I do not live in the UK so it is very important to know she is in good hands. I visit every year and the staff are so lovely, they are like friends. Always smiling.
They put on events for various times of the year when there are festivities. I am so happy my mum is at Sancroft. I would highly recommend this care home.

My lovely Mum recently stayed at Sancroft Hall Community Care for a period of two weeks, this is the first time she has gone into respite care and we were unsure what to expect and were understandably quite apprehensive but there was no need. All the staff from the Manager, Assistant Manager and everyone
involved in looking after my Mum showed her a lot of kindness, support and understanding of her needs. We as a family are very grateful to everyone for making my Mum's stay friendly and welcoming and we would highly recommend Sancroft to anyone considering respite or long-term care for their loved one. Thanks again to all the staff and we are looking forward to my Mum staying with you again in the near future.

My brother spent some of his happiest days in Sancroft. Sancroft is like a big family with a friendly atmosphere. It is noteworthy that even after 6 years (from 2018) all of the senior carers have stayed, not least the big-hearted manager. Sancroft is like an oasis of peace. I fell in love with Sancroft
through the garden, still beautifully maintained. The garden defines the openness of the home. Sancroft opens out onto the gardens through the long French windows of the dining room, lounge and TV rooms, always unlocked. I treasure photos I took of my brother steadily walking around the gardens and down the green, carpeted corridors.
