Sancroft Hall is a residential home for older people and specialises in providing care for those living with dementia.

The home has a range of accommodation all with en-suite facilities and 24hour support offering spacious interiors, landscaped gardens and its own sun lounge.

The home also provides a variety of home-cooked meals from its main and vegetarian kitchens.

There are extensive landscaped gardens, a hairdressing salon and a small shop run by residents’.

Sancroft Hall's exceptional care team ensures that residents receive excellent levels of care within a homely and welcoming environment.

The primary aim is to create a home for older people who can no longer manage in their own homes. Staff want all residents to live as they would wish to and support this by respecting their individuality, independence and personal dignity.

The home is registered for sixty-two service users, within six groups all with own lounge and dining areas; with three residential groups specifically set up for Asian Elders.

Situated within Harrow and at the heart of the local community, Sandcroft Hall welcome visitors to experience the warm and friendly atmosphere. The home encourages the residents to go out and about in the community with family and friends and to engage in those activities that they enjoy.

Alternatively, residents can invite friends and family into the home for a chat over a cup of tea or coffee or join in the many activities offered within the home or out and about in the community.

The home manager has a wealth of experience in delivering high-quality care and is supported by a highly trained care staff team who support residents to the very highest standards.

My mother has been a regular service user at Sancroft for many years, she thinks of it as her home from home whenever she is there for respite care! All the staff, and the manager, are so friendly, kind and attentive, and make sure my mother is well looked after. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable,
there are various activities my mother can choose to participate in, and best of all is the food, which caters for my mother's vegetarian and Indian preferences! As a daughter, it brings me much comfort and peace of mind knowing that my mother is safe, happy and well cared for when I am not around. Sancroft truly deserve the recognition of the prestigious award as one of the top 20 care homes in all of London!

My aunt has been a resident since May 2023, and she is clearly very happy every time I go to visit. Sancroft is well-maintained and clean. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the wide range of organised events to meet the needs of all the different residents like Diwali and Christmas parties.

Sancroft Community Care Ltd- Sancroft Hall is the perfect place for my grandma. I love visiting her and seeing how happy she is. The staff are so caring and friendly, and hearing all the stories of various activities and socials my grandma gets up to absolutely meals my heart. The home itself is very

My mother was independent - doing her own daily needs and maintaining her way of life. Covid-19 shattered her confidence, and almost lost every ability and will to live. The Sancroft respite was arranged, and she felt comfortable and assured her confidence - she never returned to her own accommodation
and insisted on remaining at Sancroft Care Home. She has been living there after Covid-19 and is been looked after by the care home. The motivational staff and the environment created by the care home for all deferential needs and communities are commendable. I would say it shamed me too, as the care given by the institution is beyond what I could have done, “ I would call it A Star Rating Home facility”; I would say it is the management from the council to the manager and the dedication of the staff have made the place comfortable and compatible, with the commitment and dedication of the authorities in charge I respectfully wish many more successful years to come.

The team are led by two managers and deputy managers who are really interested in providing a caring and responsive service to the residents. All the staff try really hard to make the clients feel comfortable by adapting to the changing needs of the clients.
The team try to put on regular activities

My mother-in-law has been a resident of Sancroft since May 2023, and we have been very pleased with the care provided by the team at Sancroft. The facilities are excellent, the care home is very clean, and my mother-in-law is provided with lovely Indian meals cooked like home. All of the staff and carers
provide a very high standard of care - they are highly professional and very friendly. They look after my mother-in-law with such care and attention and always take the time to chat with her and make her feel settled and at home.
The care home takes the time to offer great activities for the residents, and my mother-in-law has, in particular, really enjoyed the Summer party and Diwali celebrations.
I would highly recommend Sancroft for elderly residential care. As a family, it gives us much comfort that my mother-in-law is looked after so well by all of the Sancroft team.

Sancroft care home provides a lovely, calm environment and is always spotlessly clean. The staff were welcoming and kind. We felt complete confidence that my father was safe and well cared for. My grandmother has been a resident at Sancroft since May 2023. She is very happy there and always tells me stories of her lovely times with both the staff and other residents. Every time I visit, the staff are so welcoming, and I can tell that they provide my grandmother with the best possible care.
My grandma has particularly enjoyed the activities and parties that have been put on, and we are so grateful to all of the staff who go the extra mile to ensure such great events can happen. Thank you, Sancroft!

Very friendly staff. Understand my uncle's needs. He seems to be settling in - only been there for ten days.
We chose Sancroft because we had elderly friends who were residents a few years ago, and they loved it here.
There was always something going on if you wanted to join in, and it appears to

My father has been a resident at Sancroft for a few years. From a personal perspective as a health care professional, I know how demanding caring for a person can be.
I have been impressed with the care and respect that all the staff have shown to my father. They are led by an extremely competent
team of managers who ensure that all the carers are kept up to date with the changing circumstances of residents. With this knowledge, the carers can better understand my father, and over time, they have got to know him well and he is reassured by their presence.
The team are very responsive to the changing needs of their resident. My father's health has declined, and he has become increasingly dependent on the help of others for basic activities like feeding. The managers are very proactive, anticipating problems before they arise. For my father, this was the possibility of him choking on his food. The team promptly arranged to have his meals made into a puree and then fed to him.
