My husband joined Henrietta House with mild dementia and lymphoma. The staff were very caring, he thought they were wonderful. Management team were very supportive and compassionate offering tea, chats and help. I was able to visit anytime in his room as he became very ill.
My mother is always in
Henrietta House aged 103. The staff thinks she is amazing and she is very happy there and extremely well looked after.

Covid-19 restrictions have been so difficult for everyone. The management were excellent at keeping me updated and enabled me to have video calls with my mum during lockdowns. The home has a friendly atmosphere and observations of staff with my mum are always respectful and caring.

Since my mother-in-law became a resident at Henrietta House, she has been well cared for by the excellent staff. Until Covid came along, we very much enjoyed the various activities put on for residents and visitors - sports day, Halloween, quiz nights, Santa visits and more!

The staff are wonderful, friendly and supportive to both family and residents. They go above and beyond to help and are always available.
Warm, friendly, welcoming and respectful.

I will always remember the time I was at Henrietta House. Everyone was so kind to me. While I was at Henrietta Lodge I was pleased to help 2 ladies who were calling out, 1 lady stood at the door of her bedroom - when I went to see her she said no one hears me calling os I pressed something in her room
to get her some help and stayed with her until someone came. Another lady was calling out and seemed upset so I stayed with the lady until someone came to help her. I was pleased I could help people whilst I was there. Also, it was nice to do some knitting.

The home appeared to be very organised and well run and everyone, staff and residents, very comfortable and happy.
In these difficult times (Coronavirus) and not being able to have normal visits, other than a garden visit, I found all staff from manager down very kind and helpful when I rang. This
left me very assured that the best possible care was being given and I had no worries.

The manager and staff of this home, in my opinion, go the extra mile to embrace the diversity and individuality of the residents living in this home. Despite lockdown, I have observed on numerous visits following guidelines, a genuine nurturing team that provide high quality care to all residents. The
care my mother receives is amazing and enables her to maintain her dignity and provides her with a purpose in her final years of life. The management of this home are extremely creative and innovative and I am so grateful.

My mother has only been in Henrietta House for a short time on a temporary placement. But already, I have seen a huge improvement. My mother has very complex needs. The care manager and all of the staff have made my mum very happy and welcomed. She is not anxious or unhappy like she was before. They
have kept me fully aware of every aspect of my mothers care. I feel relaxed and happy knowing Mum is content, safe and very well cared for, it has been lovely to hear her laugh again, This is a great place that only wants the best for its residents with an excellent team. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a Care home now or in the future.

I was a resident there as a hospital patient with a broken bone in my right knee. On arrival my mobility was virtually nonexistent. But thanks to the wonderful treatment that I received from all of the staff I became able to stand up walkabout with a frame, wash and dress myself. I can't thank them
enough.

My father was a resident here at Henrietta House for two years, four months until he sadly passed away. Henrietta became his home and ours too. The staff, from the top to the bottom were superb. They look after granny so well. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff listen, and they care. Manager and deputy, very approachable. Safeguard well, and I'm happy that my granny is very well cared for, looked after and safe. Clear and well-managed guidelines over covid19 - PPE provided for visits. Residents

My mother was made very welcome and comfortable on arrival. The care and attention she received was exemplary. The staff are very pleasant and friendly - nothing is too much trouble, and they are proactive in trying to improve the support for my mother. She was sorry to leave, but it was agreed she

My relative has been at Henrietta House for almost a year now. She has settled down very well and is happy. The home is very imaginative with all the events they hold, encouraging residents, families and friends to join in. They hold quiz nights, knitting groups, gardening club, keep fit, singing and
