It is so lovely to walk into Henrietta House and be welcomed by smiles and laughter from all the staff. The care given is second to none. It is clean and tidy, and all residents are treated with respect. I would not hesitate in recommending Henrietta House to anyone who asked. All in all, a wonderful

Since my husband was moved here, I have honestly found the staff here amazing, very attentive to me and especially my husband. We have felt so welcome and on behalf of me and the family, the constant making sure if we need anything and are ok.

The home has a very warm and friendly atmosphere. I like that staff interact well with the residents. They have a lot of activities. It's free to visit as and when we like night or day. The residents are involved in choices regarding changes in decor or new furniture.

I rang and made an appointment to visit the home with a view to place my mum there, after a short spell in hospital. I was made very welcome and had an excellent tour of the home. The residents were very friendly and the staff were cheerful, caring and keen to help. Mum has settled in and is gradually
improving, feeling a little stronger each day.

We always receive a warm welcome from the manager and staff when we visit Mum and Mum greets us with a happy smile. She is well cared for, very well fed and above all 'loved'. She is kept clean and all her personal needs are taken care of. We no longer worry that she is lonely or will have a fall as
there is always someone on hand to help. She enjoys all the singing, games and animals. When she asks if she is going home and we say 'not today' she answers 'oh good!!' so what more could you ask for. Thank you so much to you all for helping to give our lives back as well as making Mum so happy.

My husband and I visited Henrietta House 4 months ago as I needed to find a care home quickly as mum was 'bed blocking in hospital' how lucky we were to find it, it may not have all the latest gizmo's ensuites bathrooms etc but the atmosphere is like home from home amazing, kind, caring staff and nothing
is too much trouble. Fabulous home-cooked food too.

Mum is very well cared for here. The staff are great and very caring. Before becoming a resident here, she lived alone and was isolated but is now much more open and friendly.
That's because she's not lonely anymore.

My sister has dementia and is not an easy person to look after and deal with, but the staff at Henrietta House have always been kind and caring, treating my sister with respect even when she is being very difficult and taking care of her needs where they can. My sister is kept clean and her personal
needs taken care of.
I feel there should be more room for residents who wish to sit quietly or walk around and receive visitors with more privacy.

Whenever I visit the care home I always find the staff bright and cheerful and I think this reflects on the residents in a good way. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and I am sure the residents appreciate this. Well done in what can be a challenging job at times.

Henrietta House, what can I say, but congratulations to a wonderful team of people. Their dedication to residents is outstanding, always treated with respect and dignity. My friend spent a month in hospital after which he had deteriorated. The team, together have progressed him well again. Its taken
many weeks to achieve, which is remarkable considering his condition. My thanks go to all the team for all their hard work and kindness, not just for my friend, but for all the residents.
