Moorlands is a very special small and cosy care home. The staff there are so caring and kind and looked after Dad so well - they are like a big family and I always felt reassured that he was looked after properly.
Throughout covid they managed to keep everyone safe and well and enabled people to see
their loved ones through the window or from the garden.

Well done for running such a lovely home and caring for staff and residents so well.

A small very friendly & welcoming home in the peaceful countryside with a lovely & well-maintained garden & lawns. The manager & staff were very professional, polite, cheerful & courteous throughout our mother’s long stay at the Home.

The Home maintained consistent staff & regular staff, with very

little turnover, as well as refurbishments & improving the security systems. These all contributed to the stability & security of the residence.

The team regularly discussed with me my mother’s progress & changing needs & kept updated details & records in her file.

My mother was consulted about everything - from her choice of clothes for the day to nutritious & varied menus, games to music etc.

We all (Mother & the rest of our family) felt part of an extended family as the staff were so welcoming, supportive & accommodating. We couldn’t have found a better home-from-home for our mother!
