In the affected area, the carpet has been replaced with an appropriate floor covering which is much more suitable, easier to maintain and everything smells so...
We appreciate the feedback received and had already acted on ordering and implementing suitable solutions before this feedback was posted.The lounge has also been changed around which creates even more room for activities and for those residents who enjoy the TV they can watch it without having to compete with the activities that provide popular resident engagement. Most importantly, the residents love the changes and they give the home a larger space with providing more engagement with our residents.
Very nice, friendly and caring home. Staff are lovely, welcoming and friendly. My nan seems very happy living here and also seems very well looked after.

The hospital brought me here as I was ready to go home but I didn't have a home at the time. I was intending to stay in a hotel while looking for somewhere to rent. I didn't in the end have to find a hotel as I was brought here which in the end was a truly caring hotel. Will be sad to leave.

It seems ok here! I like my walks in the garden and the foods ok. Quite happy and content and I don't want to move anywhere else.
