They gave my wife a lot of attention during a very difficult time. A big thank you to Mihaela, for her patience and care, who was with my wife most of the time.
Unfortunately just before my mum went into the care home she had a nasty fall and discharged herself early from hospital. She started to get really unwell. The carehome looked after her really well. A big thank you to Mihaela who was with her most of the time. My mum didn't do all the things she was looking forward to in the home. The other residents looked very happy. I would recommend this care home to anyone xx
I travel quite a distance to visit my mother and no matter whatever time i arrive the staff will always make sure I can spend some quality time with her
Thank you for your ongoing support and kind words. We are pleased you are welcomed into the home and get to spend quality time with your mum
It was absolutely the right place for my brother in law. It is a smaller setting than the one he was in previously. Staff are very caring and it is has a real family atmosphere. The staff were available for our questions and did their utmost to make him comfortable, especially in his final few weeks. Food is all home cooked and they take account of residents preferences and needs. The manager couldn't do more for us.
Thank you for your kind words. We are grateful for your understanding of our home and are pleased your were happy with the care love and empathy he received. We wish you well for the future
The manager and staff knew exactly how to look after him though he is advanced dementia to his final breath.
The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout.
Thank you for your support during your brothers stay with us. He was a lovely man and a character. We wish you well for the future.
Since Simon has been at Glendale, he is happy and contented. The staff are always pleasant and helpful and they look after him extremely well. Because Simon is happy that makes me feel happier.
My dad is so happy here at Glendale. Following from his previous place, he is relaxed and the happiest I have seen him since his illness began back in 2023. The staff always make me and my mum feel relaxed in leaving dad.
My father-in-law came into Glendale in 2023 (June) he had dementia which became progressively worse over time. During his time at Glendale all the staff cared and looked after him with great care and kindness dealing with his increasing needs.
Dad came to Glendale in June 2023. He had dementia which got progressively worse, at the end he had advanced dementia. The staff were really good with him, caring for him with dignity and kindness.
The Manager was always approachable and very caring to Mum even giving her a kiss and cuddle. I was always made to feel very welcome on my visits by all of the staff. Mum and all the residents were always clean and well dressed.
I would highly recommend Glendale to anyone looking for a care home. The food is of a very high standard prepared by the cook and the manager and another lady at the weekends.
Mum had her hair washed and set by the home's hairdresser who was always very kind and gentle. She also received regular treatment from a chiropodist.
Thank you to the manager and all the team for the excellent care my Mum received.
Thank you for your kind words. Mum was a lovely lady. We enjoyed the 3 generations of your family visiting and having a chat. We wish you all well for the future
Fantastic care, friendly staff, always helpful. A friend here for 2 weeks, if needed she would return.
My wife stayed at Glendale for 2 weeks respite and the service he received was excellent in all regards. The staff were friendly, courteous and willing to help at all times - day and night.
Fantastic home Fantastic staff especially the manager & the senior. My dad has recently passed away. I would 100% recommend Glendale. Even my dad's dog was allowed to visit, she had her favourite residence. The staff looked after dad like he was their family even when he was very difficult & acting up. Thank you for 3 lovely years I know he was cared for and fed well
Thank you for your review we appreciate the feed back and are pleased you were happy with the care your father received in our little home from home.
Happy with Mum's care, the team are so kind and helpful and we always feel welcome when we visit daily. The manager is approachable and allows us to visit Mum at meal times as we only have this time available during our work hours. Can highly recommend this little home.
Thank you for your review it's very much appreciated.

Every time we visit the team shows extreme passion and care for my mother-in-law but also we witness other residents receiving the same high-end care and understanding. Christmas was amazing, the entertainer engaged with everyone and it had a lovely homely feeling. The manager is kind and empathetic and always welcomes us with a smile.
Christmas was lovely and we were pleased to see you at the party. We are pleased Mum has settled into the home and that you are happy with the care provided.
Really pleased with my mum's care and her personal condition has improved dramatically since her admission.
Thank you for your review, we are very pleased mum has settled well into the home and that her health and well-being have improved immensely.
Glendale is a lovely place and one of the very best residential homes out there and I have done my homework on same prior to my father being admitted in my eyes they deserve a medal for all the hard work the staff do for each person here. 11/10
Thank you for your kind words and all the support you have given the home. We pride ourselves on outstanding care, a homely environment and support for the families.
We could not fault the amount of love that they give home, nothing is too much trouble. We are so grateful for the excellent staff who work so hard to make sure my dad is looked after properly.
Thank you for your kind words and excellent review. We dedicate ourselves to administering good care with love and understanding of the service users' needs and support for all families.
Glendale provides much-needed and timely care. Aunty initially came for respite care which became full-time care. The staff were kind, courteous and professional caring for Aunty in a dignified and respectful manner. We could not have wished for a better home for her.
Thank you for your kind words. We are pleased we could provide quality care and love for Aunty.
