Lovely small and friendly care home. Wonderful staff. Mum came in for respite after suffering a fall at home. They have looked after her really well with lots of care and respect. Would really recommend.
Had a lovely game of Bingo with all the staff and residents.

At the most difficult of times, the manager of Glendale and her team have been magnificent in every way. They have cared for my husband in a kind, compassionate and appropriate way ever since he arrived at short notice about four months ago. I will be forever grateful.

An excellent care home that has treated my father with love and respect even since he arrived with severe dementia earlier this year. I couldn't recommend highly enough!

I am very impressed with Glendale. The staff are all so very kind and look after the residents as if they are family. The rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable. The staff give quizzes etc and games to stimulate the people. The food seems excellent. Having read in the papers how bad some care homes are,
I am so thankful that my husband is at Glendale where the care is so fantastic.

Small care home - like home from home. Love the food. The staff are professional and friendly. Lovely garden. Allowed to have my dog to visit. Have activities during the week.

I can't thank the manager and staff enough for the loving care they gave my mum while she recovered from a fall. At 94 years old, it was hard for her to accept help with her day-to-day needs but she was treated with great dignity and respect and nothing was too much trouble. Without the excellent care
and support she received, Mum would have struggled to return to her own home where she wanted to be. Her family were always welcomed anytime we visited and we felt part of the Glendale family. Thank you all.

Residents are very well looked after. Kept informed and updated at all times. Management and staff are jovial whilst also being professional at the same time. Facilities are clean, tidy and secure. A nice smaller more personal environment and better experience for the residents, allowing them to probably
feel more loved and secure.

The care my father-in-law received from the staff at Glendale was at such a high standard, nothing was ever too much trouble and they always made us, as a family, feel very welcome. Glendale is a warm and loving caring home where its residents are always the first priority, being a small care home gives
it that family feel. I would definitely recommend Glendale.

Glendale is the best, it took the most fantastic care of my grandad. He wanted for nothing and all his care needs were met to the highest of standards, the staff are truly dedicated to looking after their residents. After seeing how they took care of my grandad, I would highly recommend Glendale.

Glendale is a beautiful and caring home from home for all its residents and their families. All the staff members go above and beyond on a daily basis to meet the needs of their residents. The support they provide for a loved one with dementia is dignified, caring and thoughtful. Nothing is too much
trouble for the ladies at Glendale and they ensure that their residents have fun and engaging activities every day bringing laughter and smiles to those at the care home. They provide a stimulating environment through fun activities and will always put the individual needs of their residents first. Glendale is a clean, safe and secure home providing exceptional love, support and care for all its residents.
They provided my grandad with the best care and support possible and always ensured his needs were met. They never failed to bring a smile to his face in this warm and happy home.

The manager and her team are amazing at their jobs, all staff know how to care for a loved one with dementia. They did an exceptional job looking after my dad, nothing was too much trouble - the care, love, time, knowledge and support, it is all there.
Dad had a very tough journey but Glendale was
with him/us all the way and we can never thank them enough for all that they did to look after Dad and us as a family.
I would 100% recommend Glendale it is small, friendly and full of love. The care provided is exceptional.

My dad came on a short six-week placement and he couldn't have been in a better place. Glendale is a small care home that plays to its advantage in that it feels like home. The manager and her team have shown nothing but care and love toward him.

Fantastic care, colleagues treat my mother with care and compassion. Always helping Mum to eat and drink. Fluids are a priority and the food is carried, appetising and nutritional. Glendale is clean and tidy.

Mum was very frail and confused when she came to the home. She is stronger and safe and well cared for now. Staff are caring and attentive to Mum's needs.

Every time I visit my friend I feel very welcomed staff are lovely and so accommodating. They have so much time for all the residents with good activities and stimulation. The food looks lovely and the cakes are a favourite. The manager is brilliant and very approachable. They have redecorated the whole
home during Covid. The garden is big and has plenty of seating areas. I can highly recommend this beautiful lovely little home.

My father was made to feel very welcome at Glendale and was very well looked after. They were very caring and always had his best interests at heart, which made visiting him a lot easier as it was when we leave him after a visit. We feel that as a smaller care home they were able to give him much more
time and personal assistance compared to a large home - we would 100% recommend them.

My mother has been in Glendale for 4 years now. I could not be happier with the amazing care and support provided by all the staff at the care home. I think they go above and beyond to make sure that the experience for the residents and families is one of compassion and friendliness. Nothing is too
much trouble and I have always been kept up to date with any changes that have happened to my mum. Care is assessed for each individual and managed appropriately. Before covid, outings for the residents were organised and activities are a daily occurrence. The care home is clean and well maintained. The residents have regular pamper sessions which include manicures, pedicures and reflexology. A visiting hairdresser does everyone’s hair in the ‘Hair salon’ at Glendale on a regular basis. I am thankful to the manager and all the staff for the superb quality of care that my mum receives. I would highly recommend this outstanding home.

The care my father received from the Glendale team was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, particularly when Dad lost his appetite - they would happily cook something specifically for him. They took time to get to know him very well, what he liked and disliked.
