My dad is very settled and happy at The Haven and that is so reassuring to me. All staff have always been helpful and friendly and obviously care about my dad's wellbeing.
It is our pleasure to care for your loved one. Thank you for your continued support of our team and kind words, they will be passed on to the staff team.
She was a temporary resident initially but, due to a decline in her condition, was offered a place.
I was delighted that she was able to be permanently homed at the Haven. All the staff are excellent and there is a much less clinical or hospital like atmosphere here.
This is not only due to the excellent staff, actively interacting with the residents far more than I've seen elsewhere, but also how the layout, especially of the common areas, is more homely than the other homes I've seen.
The food and care are consistently excellent and there are armchair fitness activities, games, quizzes and even live music performances surprisingly often. I honestly couldn't have hoped for more.
I was, and still am, extremely grateful all the wonderful characters at The Haven are looking after her.

The Haven is suitable for the care of my father. All the staff work hard and there is little I can fault, if any, concerning the service provided. Food is excellent. Heating is kept at a good ambient temperature.
We are pleased that you are happy with Dads, it is pleasure for us to care him.
We will be sure to pass this on to the staff here.
My brother has been a resident at The Haven for a few years now, and in that time the management and staff are welcoming and friendly and keep me informed of how he is doing. I am grateful for all the hard work that they do.
Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We are pleased that you are happy with the care here at The Haven . I will pass on your comments on to the staff. Thank you for continued support.
My cousin has settled in very well. He enjoys the food which is a big plus. Bill has never been at ease joining in with things so I'm pleased he has been enouraged to participate in some activities. All the staff are friendly + caring. The only improvement could be the lay out of residents lounge and dining areas which seem a bit cramped. A very good, well run home. Reassuring to know Bill is looked after well.
Thank you for your continued support, I will pass on your kind comments to the staff.
Highly professional yet also caring, attentive and friendly. The teams' joy and empathy will always be remembered.

The manager and all of the staff are very helpful and very empathetic to any situation.
I am extremely grateful to all of them for what they do and the way in which they do everything. I would highly recommend the Haven if you were thinking about sending a loved one there.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this review. We are pleased to hear that you are satisfied with Aunties care.
Couldn't do enough for my dad or our family.
They enabled space, while still offering support if/when needed during the last days/weeks of his life.
Specific thanks and praise to the manager and another specific staff member. They always knew the right things to say and knew how to deal with dad, even when he was being stubborn and difficult.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this review. Everyone here at The Haven was honoured to care for Dad, he is very much missed but always remembered.
I have been amazed at the efficiency and kindness of every staff member I have come in contact with. I think care work is extremely challenging and I'm amazed with their patience when dealing with difficult residents. I think I am lucky my mum got into The Haven.
Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We are pleased that you are happy with the care Mum receives and deserves.
Well looked after and well fed. The room isn't bad but could be a little bigger I guess but she moved from a bigger room to be downstairs due to her mobility so it was needed.
Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We are all very pleased that you are happy with Mum's care and will continue to work hard to make sure she receives the very best care possible.
Warm and welcoming place. Nice surroundings. Lovely staff, always more than happy to help.
Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We are very happy that you are satisfied with everything here at The Haven.
The care my husband has received in 3 and a half years has been very good but his health is declining quite rapidly now and words cannot express the love and care he is receiving. As a family we are so grateful to the Staff for this. Also when I visit nothing is too much trouble.
Thank you for this review, we are very pleased that you are happy with the care here at The Haven.
The Haven always has a positive attitude both towards my father and myself. Everyone shows care and respect towards my father and ensures he is keeping in good health. I am always made welcome when I visit. Management are always helpful and keep the home running well and efficiently. All the while working hard to make improvements.
Thank you for this review. We are glad that you are happy with Dad's care and it is always a pleasure to see you when you visit.
Staff friendly and helpful nothing ever seems too much if you request something.
The new manager has been very helpful in settling my mum in.
I would recommend this home to others.
It's been a joy and relief to see Mum taken care of so well. It was definitely emotional bringing her here but she's been cared for so well from the moment she stepped in. We've just had a delightful Mother's Day afternoon tea, it was delicious and a really lovely experience.
Absolutely amazing afternoon, Mother's Day tea. The food was delicious.
A very good friend of mine has been staying here after having a bad fall at home. She has settled in really well. Her room is lovely decorated. All of the staff are excellent and the management are brilliant. She joins in with the daily activities and feels very safe here and enjoys the food. All the staff take the time to chat with her, they are very friendly. An excellent care home that I would recommend to anyone.
This excellent care home is well run by kindly caring staff. They always have time for a chat, a cup of tea and an encouraging word for me when I visit, usually every day. I vary my times of visit and it is always good, the care is first class. I am happy with this care home.
My family and I have been very impressed with the care that has been shown to my wife during her stay at The Haven. The staff have been very attentive at all times and nothing was too much trouble for them. Unsure how my wife would react to her being away for a month, it was such a relief when visiting, to find her so happy with the staff and surroundings. All staff welcomed visits whenever we wanted. Couldn't praise the running of the Haven enough. Thank you all, so much.
Quick to deal with any queries or complaints. They are dealt with quickly and confidentially. Staff are welcoming and always happy to help. A good range of activities and entertainment to cater for all the residents. Always encouraging residents to eat and drink their meals.
