So grateful for the care and support for my mum during two weeks of respite care. My mum gained her strength back and was able to return to her home. Staff clearly put the residents welfare and happiness at the centre of their work, and the teamwork to achieve that is evident. Thank you all.

My mum was at Hazeldell care home for five months. The manager made my husband and myself very welcome when we looked around I knew it would be perfect for my mum and it was. The home is clean and tidy and the food, activities and entertainment is excellent. All of the staff are absolutely fantastic
and go beyond their jobs to look after the residents well. My mum really thrived and couldn't have been looked after better. Also excellent support was given at a very difficult time which meant a lot. I would definitely recommend this care home. Thank you to you all.

Mum has now been at Milton Lodge for 2 years. The staff have always been very friendly and have a very caring and positive attitude. Mum hasn't always been the easiest of residents but has always been treated with respect and dignity. Mum has declined considerably in the last 6 months and spends most
of her time in her bedroom. Having said this staff still include her, when she is willing, in day-to-day activities. Despite the decline mum is happy and settled. Thank you everyone.

My mum has been at the care home since January 2025, after being discharged from hospital when her needs could no longer be met in the community. She has settled in really well and is clearly very well looked after. The staff are friendly, supportive, and always welcoming. There are plenty of activities
available, and it's lovely to see her getting involved and enjoying them. Overall, we're very happy with the care she's receiving.

I was very struck from our first visit to Oakdene by the warmth, friendliness and hospitality of all the staff without exception. All the residents we met were treated as if everyone of them were the most important - including my mother, who was treated with the utmost kindness, dignity and a very high
level of nursing care. The 'open house' policy of Oakdene gave me a great deal of reassurance, knowing that each visit would be welcomed, even at the busiest of times. The hard work and dedication of all the staff made Oakdene a real home and an absolute pleasure to visit. Thanks to all of them!

My mother-in-law's care at Oakdene was, in short, exceptional.
I cannot fault or give high enough praise for the staff at all levels. You might say that the home itself is not modern & shiny, but it is homely and any appearance falls into insignificance when put against the kindness and standards
of care shown to her & to her relatives. At the end of her life the determination of the home to care for her at the home was brilliant and we can truly say that thanks to them, her end was calm & peaceful & what we all want - to die at home, for that is what it is. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My mother has now resided at Milton Lodge for 6 months. It is a very caring home. Mum is well looked after. Staff are attentive and listen to family members about concerns and queries. Staff and management are very approachable and respond to emails and phone calls, as well as in person. Milton Lodge
has a friendly atmosphere. I attended the summer BBQ party, which was well run and a great chance to talk to other families linked to ML.
I am very happy Mum is at this residential home.

A friendly and kind atmosphere when you arrive. Hard-working carers/cleaners/activities personnel/ chef/ Across every aspect within the home. They care about their residents and do their best to keep them all comfortable and happy. A wonderful team working together and helping the relatives feel relaxed
and happy too. A great home for my mum as with her dementia can find it difficult, but they are patient and work around her to keep her happy and comfortable within her environment
