The carers and staff are always very welcoming when I come to visit and always help engage my grandma into conversation and let me know what she's been up to in her day. I generally visit on a weekday and all the staff are lovely. I have eaten here with my grandma on a few occasions and the food has always been very enjoyable. I feel she is very well looked after and cared for here.

My dad lived there for 2 years before sadly passing away from his Dementia in 2023, and they did an amazing job looking after him, so when mum was also diagnosed with Dementia and had got to the stage that she needed full time care, Larchwood was the first place we went to without a second thought. Mum has now been there for a year and is looked after so well by everyone. The home is always clean and tidy, and nothing is ever too much trouble if you ask for anything, an all round amazing team of people working there!
