The Home surrounds a beautiful courtyard and many rooms lead onto this. Inside it is beautifully furnished with comfortable lounges, quiet visiting areas and a delightful sensory/relaxation room. The Home has been purpose built and all rooms have an en-suite. Meals are freshly prepared by the catering team to ensure a nutritious and balanced diet, which does include tempting cakes.

Mum has been living at Loganberry Lodge for several years and has been happy and very well looked after during this time. Now on “end of life” care and in lockdown, I am very happy with the care she is being given. The staff have been wonderful showing her videos and messages from all of us, chatting
with her and keeping her comfortable in our absence. As sad as it is not being able to visit her, I know that all the staff are doing their very best for her and all the other residents. They are also keeping us informed of her condition which is very comforting for us. They’re a brilliant bunch and I’m very grateful to them for all they are doing during these very unusual and worrying times.

My father has moved into the home in the last 4-weeks. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and they have helped my father settle in very quickly.
He has been unwell whilst in there due to an ongoing condition that he has, and they have looked after him really well and given me daily updates on
his condition.

We looked at several care homes before dad moved into Loganberry Lodge. Straight away Loganberry 'felt right'. Staff stayed in touch during the transition from hospital to the home and were so helpful, it really made a difficult time a little easier. It's been incredibly hard with Covid 19 but I know
dad is being cared for - we can call him and he has called us. We are able to drop things (goodies) off for dad and we know he receives them. Dad has dementia but he is always happy when we talk to him. I can't wait until we are able to visit again, but it is reassuring to know that he is safe and happy while this awful virus is around. I can't thank Loganberry Lodge enough for looking after him.

I have been to see my friend twice since she has been in Loganberry Lodge. I must say both times that I have seen her she has been calm and she seems very happy. The staff take time to talk to her which they never did where she was before. So thank you all for looking after her.

Mum was only at Loganberry for approximately one month before she passed away but during that time mum was treated with dignity and genuine care for her well being. Nothing was too much trouble and you could see that staff genuinely cared for all the residents even those that could be difficult due
to their illness.
During that short period of time, I found the staff I interacted, which includes the home manager, to be very approachable and sympathetic both towards the resident and family needs. They went out of their way to ensure that mum received the right care and was placed in the appropriate area within the home that would best suit her. What more can you ask?
I cannot fault the care my mum received at Loganberry and I would recommend this home to anyone needing to place a loved one.
It's a lovely home, not only where bedrooms and common rooms were nicely decorated and very clean and the care provided is excellent.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care my aunt receives - without exception every member of staff I have encountered has been polite, kind and caring. Everyone stops to speak and makes one feel very welcomed at the home. My aunt is always clean, tidy and cared for and, above all, safe. The only criticism
I have is that there is often a 'wee' smell outside her room in the corridor.

All the staff were kind and helpful to the entire family, not only my mum. They helped with her convalescence and seemed to enjoy her progress.

Since being at Loganberry, my mother has been a lot healthier as she now gets her meds regularly as assisted. Staff check she puts clean clothes on and her vascular dementia has got worse now so her legs are unsteady, staff remind her to use a frame as she forgets. The staff all go the extra mile to
ensure the residents are happy. Top staff and management team. My mum is in the best place for her needs now she is deteriorating. I am very happy with the service.

Manager and staff are very personable and professional and keep me informed which is very important when you are unable to visit every day. Lovely and clean and mum has never eaten so much.
Of course, you want your loved ones to have as normal life as possible so activities are critical and they do
this well.

We deliver quality care to older people, those who live with dementia, and those with more complex needs. Our dedicated carers have accumulated many years of experience, including myself; I have worked in Loganberry Lodge for twelve years, please feel free to visit at any time. My name is Ella Arhip, and I have over 14 years of dedicated service at Runwood Homes, including more than 12 years at Loganberry Lodge. I have built a career committed to delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. I began my journey as a Care Assistant, progressed to Care Team Leader, and later embraced the challenge of becoming Deputy Manager at a sister home.
I returned to Loganberry Lodge to provide maternity cover for the Administrator role, after which I was delighted to accept the position of Deputy Manager. My name is Oana Dunea, and I am the Deputy Manager at Loganberry Lodge.


I have proudly been part of the Loganberry team for over 13 years, during which I’ve experienced a truly rewarding journey. I initially started as a care assistant, working both day and night shifts, before progressing to the role of care team leader. This allowed me to further develop my skills in both care and leadership.


Each day at Loganberry Lodge has brought its unique challenges, but through collaboration and continuous learning, we have always strived as a team to improve and ensure the well-being of our residents. Along this journey, there have been many moments of joy, laughter, and difficult times.


Over the years, I’ve worked with various home and deputy managers, each of whom has provided support and valuable insights. I have also completed numerous specialised training courses, including an NVQ Level 3, which has been instrumental in my personal and professional growth.


In July 2023, I stepped into the role of second deputy manager at Loganberry Lodge. This position has brought new responsibilities and challenges but also great achievements, all made possible by our staff's dedication and hard work.


I am incredibly proud of what Loganberry Lodge represents—a true family that includes our staff, residents, and their families. Together, we continue to create a caring and supportive environment where everyone feels valued.

My name is Ann White, and I am proud to have been part of the Loganberry Lodge team for over 15 years. I began my journey as an Activity Coordinator, building meaningful connections with residents through engaging programs and activities. I later transitioned to the role of Receptionist, where I managed calls, welcomed visitors, and supported the smooth operation of the front desk.
My heart has always been with the residents, and I am delighted to now be serving once again as Lifestyle Coordinator. I've worked as an administrator for 8 years at Loganberry Lodge.
No day is the same at Loganberry Lodge. Every day is different. Since I manage some of the residents' finances, I get to meet most of their relatives and friends.


I ensure that all administrative duties associated with the care home are performed effectively and in a timely manner. I provide any clerical support to the management team when they request or require it.
