The Home surrounds a beautiful courtyard and many rooms lead onto this. Inside it is beautifully furnished with comfortable lounges, quiet visiting areas and a delightful sensory/relaxation room. The Home has been purpose built and all rooms have an en-suite. Meals are freshly prepared by the catering team to ensure a nutritious and balanced diet, which does include tempting cakes.

This care home is very friendly, warm and always has a pleasant open atmosphere. If I request something to be done, some member of staff will take up the problem and usually solve it. Patience is always in evidence when handling my husband. I feel he is looked after well. I believe he does have a one
to one on the times I am absent.

My uncle was cared for several times for respite care. Then when he became really poorly, he was in Loganberry Lodge until he passed away. I was more than happy with the care given and especially the attention to detail which was exceptional. He was happy and settled during his last times. The staff

Both my mum and dad were in the care home and loved it. Staff cannot do enough for you and are very helpful and friendly, it did not feel like a care home. Each and every one of the staff loved my mum and dad to bits and even treated me like family. I would 100% recommend the care home to anybody.

My mother lived at Loganberry Lodge for 2 years until February 2018.
Mum was well looked after supported by caring and person-centred staff. We as a family developed excellent relationships with the management and staff.
I personally feedback my opinions and ideas as I was a registered nurse for 40
years.
It is a difficult and challenging environment to work in a therapeutic manner being presented with a multitude of challenging behaviours.
The staff worked tirelessly to provide a safe and caring home.
The manager's door was always open for anyone to raise issues and feedback constructively.
Mum was well looked after, everyone did their best, you cannot expect more than that.

My sister in law was in Huckleberry for five years and two months during which time I found the care and standard of cleanliness excellent.
She could be very awkward at times but the staff knew just how to cope with her. She wouldn't mix and had to have her meals in her room.
Her end of life care
was very good and she was treated with dignity throughout her stay.

My mum first went to Loganberry Lodge on 23rd March as a temporary resident. The was made permanent when it was realised she couldn't cope at home.
At first, she joined in with the activities but started to become weaker. For the last three weeks, she was on bedrest.
Ahe passed away on Thursday 15th
June. I was so pleased with all the care and attention were given to her during her stay.
A huge thank you to all involved in the Lavender Suite.

I cannot fault the excellent staff here they work very hard and always pleasant even though sometimes under pressure when understaffed, however, I did expect something from management expressing their sympathy on my mum's passing. A card or floral tribute would have been appreciated.

My dad has been in here since Feb 2016 settling in quickly and is very well looked after ( he does have his favourite members off staff but you can't like/get on with everyone now can you ! ) We have had our up and down with some members off staff but the manager has always been very helpful
and sorted out any problems very quickly .
The food is good in my dad’s world! His room is always very clean and smells fresh, bed always made up after he gets out of it.
The staff are always welcoming and if anything happens they call us asap even if it is just a little slide out of the chair as he often does
(this is due to medical reasons )
Entertainment now that is great!! The person in charge off that really does go out there way to sort that out.
When arriving we are always greeted with a smile and hello.
Laundrette never had a problem with things going missing yet
what can I say Loganberry Lodge is a very good home and they look after the residents Very well.

The care given to my father is excellent, he gets quite a few dizzy spells/confusion at times and the care given to him at these times is outstanding. My father is happy at Loganberry Lodge and well looked after, if my dad's happy then my family and I are happy too! Thank you to you all.

I am very well looked after here, I have a nice bed to sleep in, and my own recliner chair which I brought with me. I have a lovely bath here, which I couldn't have at home. I have good entertainment here, I really enjoy the singing. I can sit outside in my wheelchair weather providing. I have my own
TV which I watch also it is close for my wife to visit everyday.

I cannot praise the care home enough for all the attention they give my dad. He has deteriorated very fast since his admittance in May. He also had to cope with the loss of my mum within a month of his admittance. The staff are first class to him and is as a family. All the residents look immaculate,
as so much time and effort is spent giving them one to one attention making them feel safe and secure. Dignity is preserved at all times.

We deliver quality care to older people, those who live with dementia, and those with more complex needs. Our dedicated carers have accumulated many years of experience, including myself; I have worked in Loganberry Lodge for twelve years, please feel free to visit at any time. My name is Ella Arhip, and I have over 14 years of dedicated service at Runwood Homes, including more than 12 years at Loganberry Lodge. I have built a career committed to delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. I began my journey as a Care Assistant, progressed to Care Team Leader, and later embraced the challenge of becoming Deputy Manager at a sister home.
I returned to Loganberry Lodge to provide maternity cover for the Administrator role, after which I was delighted to accept the position of Deputy Manager. My name is Oana Dunea, and I am the Deputy Manager at Loganberry Lodge.


I have proudly been part of the Loganberry team for over 13 years, during which I’ve experienced a truly rewarding journey. I initially started as a care assistant, working both day and night shifts, before progressing to the role of care team leader. This allowed me to further develop my skills in both care and leadership.


Each day at Loganberry Lodge has brought its unique challenges, but through collaboration and continuous learning, we have always strived as a team to improve and ensure the well-being of our residents. Along this journey, there have been many moments of joy, laughter, and difficult times.


Over the years, I’ve worked with various home and deputy managers, each of whom has provided support and valuable insights. I have also completed numerous specialised training courses, including an NVQ Level 3, which has been instrumental in my personal and professional growth.


In July 2023, I stepped into the role of second deputy manager at Loganberry Lodge. This position has brought new responsibilities and challenges but also great achievements, all made possible by our staff's dedication and hard work.


I am incredibly proud of what Loganberry Lodge represents—a true family that includes our staff, residents, and their families. Together, we continue to create a caring and supportive environment where everyone feels valued.

My name is Ann White, and I am proud to have been part of the Loganberry Lodge team for over 15 years. I began my journey as an Activity Coordinator, building meaningful connections with residents through engaging programs and activities. My heart has always been with the residents, and I am delighted to now be serving once again as Lifestyle Coordinator. I've worked as an administrator for 8 years at Loganberry Lodge.
No day is the same at Loganberry Lodge. Every day is different. Since I manage some of the residents' finances, I get to meet most of their relatives and friends.
