The care she has received at Silvanna has been excellent she has settled in well and the carers are lovely.
It's fantastic that they bring in children to read to the residents amongst other forms of stimulation. We are delighted she is at Silvanna Court, it is a notch above as a care home.
Thank you so much for your feedback, I will be sure to pass your lovely comments back to the staff, they will be thrilled.
Lovely care home, inclusive always.
Lovely events going on that relatives can take part in.
Well done, guys.
Thank you for your kind words and feedback; we look forward to seeing you at more of our events. I will pass on your feedback to our staff. It's our pleasure to take care of your grandad.
My uncle is very happy with the care at Silvanna Court.
Thank you for your feedback. It's a pleasure to take care of your uncle.
A very nice facility all-round.
Thank you for your feedback; I will be sure to pass on your feedback to the staff.
I unfortunately had to take the decision to put my mum in a care home. Since my mum has become a resident at Silvanna Court, she has absolutely thrived. She seems happy, healthy and really relaxed with her surroundings. The staff have been so accommodating and welcoming. I now feel happy with my decision to have Mum in a home and can't recommend Silvann Court enough.
Thank you so much for your feedback. I will pass your feedback back to my staff.
My nan moved here after a very difficult time deciding on the best option for her. The staff here have done absolutely everything they can to help her feel welcome and comfortable. My nan has made friends quickly and has started to join in with the activities they have going on. Every week there is something enjoyable and there are daily activities such as knitting, games, reading etc. The staff are always happy to chat or answer questions and have been great at communicating with several family members at different times due to our family set-up.
I will make sure I will pass all this information over to the staff, this will make their day.
But you can’t improve perfection!! You should all be very proud of your work; you all play your part. I couldn’t be happier. In fact, I’m in talks for my mother-in-law to become a resident too.
Thank you so much for your kind words - I'll let all the staff of your kind words; it will make their day.
I really can't say enough how fantastic the whole team are and how grateful I am to have such amazing people taking care of my nan and making her happy. Silvanna is modern but cosy, so instantly feel at home when walking in. Perfect balance of having everything residents need without being too flashy and feeling like a hotel/spa. It really feels like home.
Thank you so much for your feedback, looking after Nan is a pleasure. I will be sure to feedback to all the staff your kind words.
Have been supported to try and get my mum settled by all the staff. They are helpful and caring, always offering their help when needed, could not have done it without them. A lovely manager who cares about what she is doing. Thank you to all of you.
Thank you for your review. I will be sure to inform the staff of your feedback.
I had a wonderful experience visiting my grandad and look forward to many more, knowing grandad is getting amazing care and people who genuinely care about my grandad (my hero). When I visited we had live music playing and had a great time. I would highly recommend.
I look forward to seeing you for more events.
My mother-in-law has been at Silvanna Court for ten months now and her family are so happy with how she has settled in. It was a very difficult decision to move her into a care home but the staff have made it easier for us, they are great. There is always a member of staff to answer any questions or concerns. The home is very clean and the food is good The entertainment is great, there is something going on most days for everyone to join in if they wish to. The management team are very approachable and they hold regular relative meetings. We couldn't have found a better care home. Thank you to all the team.
Thankyou for your feedback - I will be sure to pass this on to the staff.
From the very first day the resident came to Silvanna Court, he has been so happy and well looked after. I've never been to another care home where all of the staff are so upbeat and helpful. The entertainment that is provided is amazing. Sadly, I heard today that it all has to be funded by the staff fundraising, with the monthly fees that are paid by residents I was shocked. We are so fortunate that the staff are so dedicated.
Thank you so much for your kind words, I will be sure to pass this on to our team.
Well done Silvanna Court, I am very grateful for all you do for Dad.
Thankyou for your feedback - I will be sure to inform the staff of your feedback.
Mum has been a resident at Silvanna Court for just over a year now. The staff are very kind and caring, and nothing is too much trouble. Mum's room is always clean and tidy, and I feel confident that Mum is safe and being cared for by staff who genuinely care. The weekly activities and ad-hoc events are amazing and keep the residents entertained and enjoying; it's also nice that families can be involved. It's like having a "Silvanna Court" family, and I am truly grateful.

Hello! My name is Leanne, and I’ve been proudly serving as the Administrator at Silvanna Court for 16 years. Working here is more than just a job—it’s an honour. I genuinely love our residents, and the opportunity to make a positive difference in their daily lives is the most rewarding aspect of what I do.
My journey with Runwood Homes began when I was just 16 years old, and over the years, I’ve grown personally and professionally within this incredible company. One of my proudest achievements is becoming a mum, which has enriched my life in so many ways.
Outside of work, I’m a passionate Lego collector and builder, enjoying the creativity and focus it brings. I also love cooking up delicious meals and playing football, which keeps me active and energized. Life is about finding joy in every moment, and I strive to bring that same energy and positivity to my role at Silvanna Court every day.

With 17 years of dedicated service, I take great pride in my role as a Lifestyle Coordinator. Every day brings the joy of seeing our residents happy, smiling, and truly enjoying life. It’s a privilege to create moments that brighten their days and enhance their well-being.
Outside of work, my greatest achievements are personal: being a proud mum and fulfilling the dream of owning my own home. I lead an active and adventurous life, with the unique skills of water skiing, and driving cars, motorbikes, and even speedboats.
In my free time, I love walking with my dog, spending cherished moments with friends, and enjoying holidays that rejuvenate the soul. Life is all about balance, and I embrace every aspect of it with enthusiasm and gratitude.

Hi, I’m Sandra, and I’ve been a proud carer at Silvanna Court for the past 4 years. Caring for people is my passion, and I find immense joy in making a positive impact on the lives of our residents every day.
Outside of work, I love travelling and going on holiday, exploring new places, and creating cherished memories. Spending time with my family and my beloved dog is a big part of my life, and it brings me so much happiness.
Being part of the Silvanna Court team is truly fulfilling, and I’m grateful to be able to do what I love every day.
