Sensitive care from all staff. Very well run home. Friendly, polite atmosphere - lots going on, but also places that are quiet- a good balance. Modern, well-kept buildings and grounds. Mum has never complained about the food! Thanks.

I am so grateful for all the excellent care my mum is receiving at Silvanna Court. The care home seems extremely well run, and all the staff are friendly, and nothing seems to be too much trouble when helping the resident or their families when visiting. I think all the staff are hard-working and "genuinely care" for the residents.

Mum was moved to Silvanna after her previous care home closed. We could not be happier with the level of care we have been shown. We had very little communication previously, but now, whilst Mum isn't able to be within our family home, we finally feel she is within her new family home. Thank you, doesn't seem enough.

I feel that my mother is so well looked after. She loves her cuddles and joining in with staff and other patients. Mum has a few special favourites (in fact, she loves all the staff)! Good management team and responsive. Massive room Mum is in.

Mum has been in the home for just over a year. She has settled well and despite a spell in the hospital during her stay, she is now looking like her old self. She is happy, eats well and enjoys mixing with other residents during activity time. I have nothing but praise for the whole team. Mum's life would be very different if she wasn't here. Thank you.

My husband came into this care home from another one four weeks ago. So far, I am very impressed with it. The rooms are a good size, light and airy. The management and carers and all the other staff are all very polite, and my husband gets treated with dignity. My husband always looks clean and tidy when I come to visit. My husband eats better than he did at the other care home, so it is good food. It's very clean. It's very secure. As for activities, I don't really know yet as still in semi lockdown, so will have to wait and see.

My mother-in-law has been at Silvanna Court since October 2020. She has taken a while to settle down, but since the ease of lockdown and we are allowed to go in, she is much happier. The staff have been exceptional and look after her very well.

My wife has been suffering from dementia for several years. Due to her worsening condition, she was admitted in June 2020. Due to the pandemic conditions, we were only permitted intermittent visits in the garden. My wife always presented clean and well dressed. She seemed happy. More recently, as her health deteriorated, we were allowed daily visits inside. The building in general was clean and tidy, and her room was pleasant and clean. Overall I was impressed and pleased with my choice.

Since Mum arriving at Silvanna Court, a great weight has been lifted off my shoulders; have the ability to see Mum on Facebook regularly and seeing the wonderful activities she is doing - makes me and my family really happy. Every member of staff since Mum came here, all staff have been polite, considerate and informative with all Mum's care needs. I feel like they are all part of my family now. Well done to the manager and best team.

My mother has lived at Silvanna Cort for over four years now; she had dementia. We feel happy that she is safe and contented living here. It's the most important thing to us that she is well cared for. The staff are also fantastic. Overall, we feel Mum is cared for and have made a couple of recommendations to friends who are in the same positions as we were.

Following a three week stay in the hospital, my father was discharged into the care of Silvanna Court with multiple and complex needs. He was welcomed into a comfortable and caring environment and quickly settled in, building good relationships with the excellent staff. Although unable to participate in many activities, and with the added complications of Covid-19, staff did everything they could to make my father's final months as pleasant as possible and were kind and considerate to members of the family at all times. It is unfortunate that we did not experience Silvanna Court during 'normal' times, but we were impressed with the measures taken to keep residents safe during the pandemic. Thank you to all the staff for the care and kindness with which they treated my father at all times, respecting his dignity and seeing the real and valued person beneath all the issues that he faced. I hope that better times lie ahead for everyone and wish all at Silvanna Court a bright and successful future.

My parents have been residents in Silvana Court since November 2019. All the staff are very friendly and approachable, with any queries being dealt with promptly. During these difficult times, it has been reassuring to have regular Skype calls, enabling me to see how well my parents look, and to be able to have some interaction with them. My mum is always happy to show off her painted fingernails! Prior to lockdown, when I could go into the home, it was always clean, tidy and well maintained. There have been several events shared online, such as the carol concert, and it is evident how caring the staff are.

As per telephone conversation, my mother went into Silvanna Court for a respite stay for six weeks originally. I have been so happy with how she is being cared for and she seems quite happy that I have decided to make it permanent as I wouldn't be able to give her the attention she needs.

The staff are all so kind, they will try and accommodate my needs as well as my mothers.

Dad is continuing to have wonderful care taken of him through these strange times. Silvanna Court has maintained COVID 19 free all through the pandemic thanks to the due diligence of the staff. Dad's needs have been met and I am confident that he is happy and safe. The staff make sure I know what is going on and if he has any problems. Even though visiting Dad has been challenging, I am happy for restrictions to be in place for everyone’s safety. Once again I am happy and relieved Dad is so well looked after.
