The staff went out of their way to ensure that my wife had a special day. Their entertainment for residents is excellent and they ensure that the resident is comfortable and happy. The meals are always varied.

My mum is very happy here. She eats well and there's lots of entertainment. The staff have all been really great. She's thrived in later life and it's been marvellous to see. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend all the staff, the caterers and the entertainers, they have all been superb.

Mum has been a resident now for nearly 4 years.
She seems happy enough, although mentally and physically she has deteriorated.
Her needs are met with care.
Staff are always helpful and cheerful when we visit.
Home is always clean.
Lots of activities, they do go above and beyond at times.

Just amazing nan moved in and her mental
Health has improved. Staff are all so kind and caring. Always got activities going on for residents. So clean all staff are so kind always chat to us when we go there. Highly recommend this care home

We viewed many care homes before choosing Weald Hall. My husband and I came out after our visit with such a positive feeling. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The manager has been so responsive. Today, my mother-in-law arrived to friendly kind greetings and immediately we felt we had made the
right decision. Her room is bright, homely and clean. Residents are treated as family and you can't ask more than that!

We were looking for urgent support after my mum was discharged from hospital but was still in no condition to look after herself in her own home. The home manager and the team at Weald Hall could not have been more helpful and welcoming, and as a family we all agreed that this care home was the right
place for our mum to receive the care she needed. We found the home, extremely clean and comfortable, with all the staff friendly and approachable, and we believe this is the right place for our mum to stay, for however long she wants to be a resident.

Upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised to see the home which looked very nice and the old meteor jet was a great addition. The lady on reception was very friendly and helped me to sign in. Another member of staff who was also pleasant and friendly took me to my uncle's room and then to the garden where
my uncle and I spent a very nice afternoon watching the aeroplanes taking off. The lady staff member offered us refreshments and spoke about the history of the home which was very interesting. It was also nice to see the children interacting with the residents.

Our meteor jet was added to the home due to resident interest in the airfield which our garden overlooks, so we thought we should have something special for all to enjoy ourselves! My mum was in Wealdhall from January 2020 with dementia, she received excellent care all the time she was there. The staff were kind, caring and loving towards Mum and I had a good relationship with them, Mum sadly passed away 17th June 2024 and the end-of-life care she had was 2nd to none from all
of the care home staff that would be with her to comfort her, to encourage her to eat and drink in the early stages, the visiting district nurses/matron and the paramedics, cannot fault any of them and I would recommend this home for your loved one.

The staff are very welcoming when I arrive there are always two members of staff to greet me and assist me as a visitor. In my experience when I visit, I feel very cared for and looked after nothing is too much trouble.

After a fall Mum came to Weald Hall in March 2024. She settled in very quickly, loves the company and really enjoys the day room. I am writing this sitting in the garden, it is Monday afternoon and we have enjoyed a Reggae-themed party! Weald Hall goes above and beyond!

I was so very impressed with firstly the wonderful caring staff, secondly the standard of the rooms and facilities and as any family who has had to visit multiple care homes before making the awfully hard decision to come into a very welcoming care home is amazing!

Having experienced several care homes over the years, for many family members, Weald Hall is head and shoulders above every one I've seen both in England and Scotland. The attention to detail is excellent. The interaction between staff and residents is wonderful. So often the elderly get pushed into
corners and left. That is not the case here. Everyone is treated with care and dignity, as if it were their mum or dad. Thank you.

A very caring team, rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable and facilities are excellent for the residents to keep them active and happy. All the staff are aware of everything and they made sure they accommodate any requests.

I want to express my sincere thanks to all the staff at Weald Hall Care Home for looking after my mother so well. She has been treated with kindness, compassion and respect. It is lovely seeing Mum participating in activities in which staff encourage her, she's been making cakes, playing bingo and using
the interactive board. She enjoys music and singing and particularly enjoyed the cockney evening because she knew all the old songs. Weald Hall has a friendly atmosphere and I always feel welcome whenever I visit.

I would highly recommend this care home to any senior citizen who isn’t able to have care at their own home, the staff are very friendly and caring they interact with the residents on all levels. You instantly feel at home when you visit the care home the residents are cared for as if they were family
of all the staff. The staff always celebrate every occasion i.e. Valentine’s Day, Easter, birthdays, and even have a tea and coffee morning for residents and visitors. My father has been living at Weald hall for the past 13 months now and I’m so grateful and thankful to all the staff for the amazing care and love that they show to each and every resident, I’m so grateful and thankful for the love and care that all the staff has shown towards my father. Thank you to each and every one of you.

The staff at Weald Hall Care Home are the best. They are kind, attentive, friendly and so accommodating. The home is clean, fresh and a pleasure to not only visit but to know your family member is in such a warm and caring environment. They have definitely committed to ensuring it’s a home away from
home. Activities are thoughtfully arranged and nothing is too much trouble. It’s never easy searching for that special place that you want your loved one to be cared for in but I can wholeheartedly say Weald Hall does it all and more. The manager and head of care should be proud of their home and team who are a real credit. Thank you all so much.

She began her journey as a Senior Carer, progressed to Head of Care, and now serves as the Manager. For Lisa, this role is more than just a job, it’s her passion and her way of life.

Jayne Cunningham

Jayne has worked at Weald Hall for the past nine and a half years as an Administrator. Her main responsibilities include managing staff inductions, supporting the manager, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. She particularly enjoys being front of house, where she welcomes families and visitors and helps create a warm, friendly atmosphere.


Jayne holds an NVQ in Business Administration and has developed strong customer service skills throughout her career.

Gurvinder Singh began working at Weald Hall in 2023 and has gained valuable knowledge and experience from the senior members of the team. In his role, he is responsible for leading and overseeing the care team, ensuring that high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered. Gurvinder works alongside his team on the floor, offering support and guidance. His focus is always on providing the best possible care for the residents and maintaining a supportive, compassionate environment.

Charlie has been at Weald Hall for four years, starting as a carer before joining the Lifestyle Team, where she has worked for the past three years. She is incredibly passionate about her role and describes it as the best job in the world. Charlie is dedicated to leading the team and creating meaningful, fulfilling activities that enhance the lives of the residents. For Charlie, Weald Hall is much more than a workplace; it’s a family she loves dearly.

Amanda Plumb

Amanda has worked at Weald Hall for 9 years and has taken on various roles within the company. She has gained experience as a Care Assistant and Domestic Assistant, and she now holds the position of Housekeeper.

Komal has been working at Weald Hall since March 2020 and now serves as the cook. She has a true passion for cooking and enjoys experimenting with different herbs and spices to make each meal extra special. Fiona Charles

Job Title: Operations Director

Fiona has over 30 years of experience working within the healthcare sector and is a Registered Nurse, remaining active on the NMC register. Her management career started as a charge nurse and then as a ward manager within the NHS, working in wards specialising in care for older adults enduring mental health conditions and dementia.


For the last 15 years, Fiona has worked in the Care Home Sector, taking on various Management roles, including Registered Manager, Regional Support Manager, Clinical and Quality Manager, Compliance Consultant and Operations Manager.


Remaining very hands-on clinically, she is passionate about supporting our management teams to deliver exceptional person-centred care, ensuring all individuals can maintain their independence and enjoy the excellent quality of life our care homes offer.

Louise is the Operations Manager at Premium Care Group Ltd, bringing over 20 years of experience in health and social care. Since then, she has never looked back.


Throughout her career, Louise has held a variety of roles across the sector, each building on the last and shaping her strong understanding of what good care truly looks like. Her journey has led her to her current role, where she oversees multiple care homes, supports managers, and ensures the highest standards of quality, compliance, and person-centred care.

She leads with integrity, remains hands-on when needed, and is deeply committed to staying connected to the people behind the work. In July 2025, I was honoured to become the Group Lifestyle Manager for Premium Care Group, where I oversee and develop lifestyle programmes across all our care homes to enhance residents’ wellbeing and quality of life.


Before this, I was a Care Manager at Weald Hall, having started my career there as a care assistant. I quickly built strong relationships with residents and the care team. My passion has always been to make a genuine difference, caring for every resident as if they were part of my own family.

As Customer Liaison Manager, I support families in one of the most important decisions they’ll ever make, finding the right home for their loved ones. I guide and support each care enquiry with compassion and professionalism, ensuring every family feels heard, informed, and confident in their choices.


In addition to my work with families, I also oversee our marketing and advertising, helping to showcase the heart of our homes and the care we provide. I’m a people person at heart, and I’m proud to be part of a business that shares my core belief: life does not end with a dementia diagnosis. Our homes are places to continue living with dignity, joy, and purpose.
