Friendly and warm staff really care about what they do and take pride in supporting you as you maintain both dignity and independence and regularly form close bonds with the residents and families. As a small, family run business, the directors are also here on a daily basis to support the staff and residents in the provision of excellent care. Staff receive all required checks and commence under review status for several months shadowing experts supported with advanced training with industry experts before becoming part of the team.

Wensley House have an open door policy and welcome visitors to come and have a look around and perhaps enjoy some tea and biscuits if time permits. Having had previous experience of 2 care homes falling short, we were so happy to find Wensley House for my dad. The staff and management have been fantastic, and we have been so happy with the great care provided by wonderfully friendly and attentive carers in great accommodation and with good and varied meal menus. We recommend Wensley House wholeheartedly for the superb care and facilities. All the residents are treated with great respect and dignity.
