My mum was a resident of Beech Tree for 8 months. She had a lovely spacious en-suite room on the ground floor when she was mobile, then when slightly less mobile moved to another en-suite room on the first floor, which although smaller was very cosy and light. She received extremely good care from
all the staff, nurses, care assistants and the catering staff. She was never forced to do anything she didn't want to, her wishes and dignity was respected at all times. She enjoyed the food and was always given a choice. Her room was kept beautifully clean, as were her clothes. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. When mum was nearing the end of her life, not only was she given excellent care, but also the family attending her bedside were treated with great care and tenderness.


We can only express our sincerest thanks to this great team of people, we will never forget what you have done for my mum. In our experience, we would not hesitate to recommend Beech Tree Care Home.

My mum has just arrived at Beech Tree after being transferred from another borough. The home's manager has been so welcoming and helpful to us. She is caring and listens to what we have to say. The home has a wonderful homely feel as soon as you walk in and the staff are so kind and friendly. I would
have no hesitation in recommending this home. It's very stressful when a loved one has to go into a home but we felt at ease straight away.

The care home is run efficiently with staff who are dedicated to looking after the requirements of the residents.
The home is clean and tidy, offering a variety of activities for the residents to take part in. Compared to some, the cost of care is fairly reasonable.

My mother requires nursing care and has been at Beech Tree for 18 months and has always received good care and support from the staff. I always receive a welcoming hello and the staff are always willing to help.
There have been a lot of changes and a high turnover of staff over the last year, but there
is now a new manager (July 17), and the home feels more settled, and the staff happier. I have no reason to doubt things will continue to improve as there is now investment in the home.

New manager - honest, welcoming, willing to listen to your queries, questions etc.
Administrator - same as above.
Find all staff kind and caring and always willing to help you when they can.
