My mother of 93 had lived at Borovere for 7 years and was very happy. She had a lovely room with all her personal photos and belongings. She really felt this was her home. During the last few months she had to be cared for in bed but was still given the dignity and respect as before. Her end of life care was exemplary and the support that my sisters and I received from all the staff was excellent. I was always made welcome by members of staff and enjoyed my visits very much.

- Good - The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
- Requires Improvement - The service isn't performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve.

Sophie has come to us with a wealth of experience in the care sector, previously working as a Care Supervisor for many years with people living with dementia. Sophie is very experienced with new systems being implemented into the home and also being clinical lead with new pathways introduced for enhanced End of Life care.

I have been at Borovere for over a decade. It is a great place to work with a friendly team

I have been at Borovere for over two years. I enjoy cooking a variety of foods for our residents. We hold regular meetings to discuss their feedback on the meals and snacks being served and ideas for future meals that meet nutritional needs.

Borovere is a friendly place to work.

I enjoy supporting all of the residents at Borovere, which is a friendly home-from-home setting.
