Beau Sejour Care Services

One of the main positive things about Beau Sejour Care Services is the peace of mind in knowing that you can rest assured of the excellent quality of care that is given. The fact that you can just drop in without prior notice and always seeing the excellent cleanliness and staff that are always welcoming and friendly shows that there is nothing to hide. With so many negative stories about care homes in general in the media over the years, you will have the peace of mind of having none of those worries or concerns about Beau Sejour. This was apparent to us from the first visit years ago and our opinion of this hasn't changed. If you're in the process of looking into care homes, Beau Sejour will stand out to you for all the right reasons and the management always encourage comments and dialogue. Another point worth mentioning is that you will find that Beau Sejour is run as a true home, not a soulless institution, making it a real care "home".

Beau Sejour is just the most fabulous care home. I could not wish for a better place for my nephew to live. My nephew is treated as part of the family and I always receive a very warm welcome when I visit. The service users are treated with dignity and respect by kind, caring and considerate staff. The management team is always ‘on top’ of things and are very approachable and knowledgeable. The home is always clean and tidy and the food is amazing. Every effort is made to ensure the comfort and security of the service users is paramount at all times. I cannot thank Beau Sejour enough for the fantastic care they have given my nephew over the years, I do not know what we would do without them!

I am the brother of a service user and I am writing this review to let you know that you could not find a more caring and loving home as Beau Sejour. All staff and management are committed to giving 100% care. My brother spent seven years there but sadly passed away in January 2019, he could not have been happier and I have to thank all staff and management for the excellent care he was given even though in his last few years he needed a lot more care. I was always welcomed with tea/coffee no matter what time of day it was. All staff gave my brother the utmost dignity in all aspects of his care. All staff are very well trained and very friendly, they became my friends.

It is difficult to put into words just how amazing Beau Sejour is, we would never refer to it as a care home but as part of our family. We are so thankful to have come across Beau Sejour because we couldn't have asked for my auntie to have spent 14 years of her life anywhere better, and we often wonder how different our lives would have been without the care and support provided.

We always receive the warmest of welcomes and always looked forward to visiting. Beau Sejour is very well run and the staff are very caring and thoughtful. It is also clear to see how dedicated they are to their jobs and how devoted they are at meeting the individual care needs of each and every service user. Service users always seem happy at Beau Sejour and I think this is partly due to the calm and homely (yet professional) environment.

As a health and social care student, I can honestly say Beau Sejour is one of the best care settings - and if I was a service user there, I'd be content to be in their care!
